This is session 3 of the 10 part "A Simple Course in Meditation" series. It introduces Nadi Shodhana, a classic breathing technique from the yogic traditions, also known as alternate nostril breathing. It is an excellent way to calm the mind, centre the self, and to prepare for meditation. We will then take the second step to learning Anapanasati, with a longer practice and fewer instructions and redirections than in session 2. Music by G.S. Renfrey. Photo by Thirdman on Pexels.
