Please find a comfortable position.

Breathe deeply as your mind and body become still.

Release any worries and tension.

As your breath finds its natural rhythm,

Be aware of your being.

Allow thoughts to move through your mind with no resistance.

Make room for new and exciting changes.

Reflect on the past month.

Or maybe there's somewhere you've always wanted to visit.
