Hello my beautiful soul.
Welcome and thank you for being here.
This meditation is designed to help you gently tune into your heart's guidance and gain clarity on where your soul wants to go next.
So take a deep breath,
Relax and let's begin.
Find a comfortable position for this meditation.
You may sit on a chair,
On the floor,
On the sofa or on your bed,
Wherever you feel more supported.
Let your arms rest comfortably,
Palms facing upwards,
Resting on your thighs or your lap.
If you feel safe to do so,
Gently close your eyes,
Otherwise soften your gaze and look at the floor in front of you.
If visual images come easily to you,
Allow them to arise naturally.
If not,
That's perfectly okay.
Use your other senses,
Feel,
Sense,
Know.
Let your intuition speak to you in whatever way it prefers.
Take a few deep breaths here.
Inhale and exhale,
Letting it all out.
Feel the seat beneath you,
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Unclench your jaw.
Take another deep breath in and exhale,
Releasing.
One more breath in.
Now bring your attention to the space behind your eyes and between your ears,
The center of your mind.
This is a still,
Quiet space,
A place where you're alone,
Safe and protected.
From here,
Take your favorite color paint.
If you can see it,
Notice its shade and texture.
If not,
Sense how it feels.
Paint the walls of this inner room with that color.
Once the room is fully painted,
Take a marker and sign your name on the walls.
Sign it on the ceiling and the floor as well.
This is your space.
You claim it.
Now notice a staircase appearing,
Connecting the center of your mind to the center of your heart.
Begin walking down the staircase,
Step by step,
Moving down through the back of your neck,
Through your chest,
Descending gently until you reach your heart.
As you arrive in the quietness of your heart,
Notice a door,
The entrance into your heart space.
Before opening it,
Set an intention.
Intend to see your truth for the next cycle of your life.
Intend to connect with your heart's vision,
Your heart's desire for what comes next.
Ask your heart for permission to enter.
And when you feel ready,
Open the door and step inside.
Take a moment to feel this space.
Is it bright or dark?
Open or enclosed?
Are there any objects or sensations that draw your attention?
If at any point you feel uncomfortable,
Take a deep breath and gently remind yourself.
I'm safe here.
I am safe to let my heart lead.
I am safe to be who I am.
Now,
Walk a little further and notice another door within your heart.
This door holds the vision of your next cycle,
The next chapter,
The next unfolding of your life.
Before opening it fully,
We'll do this slowly.
Open the door just a little.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
And notice what's directly in front of you,
Less than a meter ahead.
What does the path look or feel like?
Is it paved,
Sandy,
Earthy?
Or maybe cobbled?
What comes through for you?
Allow your heart to lead.
Now,
Widen your awareness slightly.
Take in more of the path.
Is it busy or quiet?
Urban or surrounded by nature?
What emotions arise as you stand on this path?
Begin to walk.
As you do,
Notice a sign ahead that says,
Year one completed.
This represents the first year on this path.
What happens between now and that sign?
What does your heart show you about this first year?
Look around.
Who are you connecting with?
What are you doing?
How do you spend your time?
What emotions are coming to the surface?
Take it all in.
Now,
Continue walking.
And further ahead,
You see another sign that reads,
Year five completed.
Notice what unfolds between year one and year five.
How have you grown?
What have you built?
What have you released?
Allow your heart to show you.
Keep walking.
Further ahead,
You see another sign that reads,
Year five completed.
How do you feel about this sign?
Year nine completed.
What unfolds between year five and year nine?
What does your most aligned life look and feel like here?
As you approach this sign,
Notice someone standing beside it.
This is your higher self.
The bravest,
Most authentic,
And fully aligned version of you.
Notice how they feel.
How they look.
You may want to hug them or receive a hug from them.
Now,
Ask them gently.
What do you want me to know about my path?
What helps me stay aligned with it?
Allow their response to come.
Maybe as words or feelings,
Images,
Or a quiet knowing.
Ask them,
What foundations do I need to be supported and sustained?
On this path,
What foundations do I need to build?
Receive their answer.
What is the most important thing that you want me to know about the next nine years?
And open yourself fully to receiving.
When you feel complete,
Thank your higher self and allow them to step back.
Now step slightly to the side of your path.
And imagine gathering this path,
The vision,
The energy,
The knowing.
And placing it gently inside a bubble.
Create a golden circle around this bubble.
And bring it back into the chamber of your heart.
And lock it in.
Let it become part of your intuition,
Your inner compass.
Set the intention that whenever you feel lost or uncertain,
Your higher self will remind you that you're always on the path,
Exactly where you need to be.
Now begin stepping out of your heart space.
And walk back up the staircase.
Through your chest,
Your throat,
All the way back up to the center of your head.
Place a protective layer of energy around your heart.
Set the intention for your heart to lead you.
Take a few deep breaths.
Begin to return to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Roll your shoulders gently.
Take one more deep inhale.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
