Energy Cleansing Meditation (With Chakra Balancing)

This energy cleansing meditation is a great daily practice, to keep your vibration high and your energy clear, as well as an ad hoc solution for when you feel out of balance.
In this meditation Gloria takes you through a full cleanse and re-balance of your energy centres (Chakras) and your aura layers.

Hello and welcome to your energy cleansing meditation.

You can use this meditation as a daily practice to balance your energy centers and your auric field or you can also use it anytime you want as a one-off to clean your energy.

Now before we get started make sure you're sitting comfortably feet flat on the ground,

Arms outstretched,

Palms facing upwards and let's start by taking one deep breath in and exhale,

One more deep breath in and exhale and one more time deep breath in and exhale.

Now go ahead and focus on the place behind your eyes and between your ears,

The space at the center of your head.

Imagine that this is a room,

This is your safe space and there's nobody else around you.

Now go ahead and take your favorite color paint and quickly paint the walls around you and then once that's done take a marker and put your signature on all the walls.

This way you are claiming the space to be yours and yours only and you can be in this space safe and undisturbed.

Now let's go ahead and create a grounding cord that goes from the bottom of your spine all the way down down down to the center of the earth.

We're going to be using this grounding cord throughout the meditation to get rid of any energy that doesn't serve you.

Now go ahead and start pulling up earth energy from the soles of your feet.

Pull up clean earth energy all the way up through your ankles,

Your calves,

Up through your knees,

Your thighs and as the earth energy comes up it pushes up any energy that doesn't serve you.

It pushes us all the way up cleansing the bottom half of your body and as it pushes up the energy that doesn't serve you it connects back to the grounding cord and releases it all down down down the grounding cord until it reaches the center of the earth and it gets purified again.

Let's do it once again.

Pull up earth energy from the soles of your feet,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs and then push everything that doesn't serve you all the way down down down through the grounding cord until it reaches the center of the earth.

We're going to set this in a loop for the duration of this meditation so that the bottom half of your body is being continuously cleansed.

Now focus on the place just above your head and start pulling down source energy from the top of your head.

Feel it enter the top of your head.

Feel it go down the back of your head,

The back of your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your back and as source energy enters your body it pushes down any stuck energy that doesn't serve you and it pushes it all the way down down down until it reaches the grounding cord and it expels the energy that doesn't serve you all the way down through the grounding cord to the center of the earth.

Let's do it one more time.

Pull down source energy.

Pull it down.

Feel it at the back of your head,

The back of your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your torso.

You feel it down your stomach,

Your belly,

All the way down to the grounding cord.

You're going to set this on a continuous flow for the duration of this meditation so that the top half of your body is being continuously cleansed.

Now let's create a super energy that we're going to use to balance your energy centers.

So go ahead and take 90% source energy and 10% earth energy and create a ball of super energy.

You're going to use this to rebalance your energy centers and we're going to start from the root.

So focus on the root chakra.

Take the super energy and fill up the chakra front and back.

Fill it up with the super energy.

Cleanse it in and out.

Cut any cords and let the chakra spin.

Then go ahead and bubble up the super energy to your sacral.

Fill up your sacral chakra front and back.

Cleanse it in and out with the super energy.

Cut any cords and let it spin.

Bubble up the energy to your solar plexus.

Fill it up front and back.

Cleanse it in and out.

Cut any cords and let it spin.

Bubble up the super energy all the way up to your heart.

Fill it up front and back.

Cleanse it in and out.

Cut any cords coming from your heart and let it spin.

And as your heart chakra spins,

Feel the energy expanding.

So the super energy is now expanding all the way out of your heart chakra.

It's becoming bigger and bigger and bigger.

And it's now cleansing all your body and it gets to the edge of your body and it starts spilling out all the way through the first,

Second,

Third,

Fourth,

Fifth,

Sixth and seventh layer of your auric field.

And as it expands through all the layers,

It bubbles up all around you,

Mending any rips or tears in your auric field.

And as the energy expands,

It cleanses your auric field,

It polishes it,

It restores the energy,

It fixes anything that needs to be fixed until your whole auric field has been cleansed and purified.

Go ahead and focus again on your heart and bubble up the super energy all the way up to your throat.

And feel the chakra,

Your throat chakra.

Fill it up front and back.

Cleanse it in and out.

Cut any cords and let it spin.

Now bubble the energy up to your third eye.

Fill it up front and back.

Cleanse it in and out.

Cut any cords and let it spin.

And then bubble it up again all the way up through your crown chakra.

Fill it up front and back.

Cleanse it in and out.

Cut any cords and let it spin.

And as your crown chakra spins,

It spills out all of the super energy all the way up from the top of your head and it lets it rain back over your body.

This beautiful purifying super energy.

And as it rains back on your body,

It reaches your arms,

It enters your arms and it cleanses your arms all the way down and it pushes any stuck energy that doesn't serve you,

It pushes it out of the palms of your hands.

So now all of your channels are open.

The soles of your feet,

Top of your head,

All of your energy centers and the palms of your hands.

Now we're going to go ahead and create a protective layer around you.

So create a 10 foot tall protection rose next to you.

Create a rose that is 10 foot tall and that it goes with the roots all the way down to the center of the earth.

So it's completely grounded.

And it's a super tall rose.

You can look up and see.

And on top of the flower,

Put a picture of yourself.

Once you have a picture of yourself on the flower,

Go ahead and multiply this protection rose 100 times around your field.

Very quickly,

All the way around you,

100 protection roses all around your energy field so that you're fully protected.

And then from there,

We're going to cover the 100 roses with a body of glass all around you.

We're going to put a globe of glass all around you and seal in the purified energy and the protection roses.

So now there's a layer of glass,

100 protection roses,

Seven layers of your auric field,

Your body and then your energy centers.

You're completely cleansed,

Purified and protected.

Now to seal this all in,

We're going to create a sun above your head.

Once you've created the sun,

Go ahead and fill it up with earth energy,

Source energy,

Unconditional love,

Health,

Abundance,

Intuition,

Anything that you would like to have.

Put it in this sun and fill it up all the way to the top.

And once it's full of all the things that you want,

Go ahead and crack open the sun above your head and let the warm golden honey of all the things that you want,

Let it pour all over you.

And let yourself bathe in this golden honey.

Let the energy of all the things that you want be absorbed by your field so that you can create all of these amazing things in your life.

And stay here a few more seconds.

Enjoy the golden honey.

And once you feel ready,

Your energy is now clear,

Balanced and abundant.

Once you're ready,

You can go ahead,

Take a deep breath in and out and then open your eyes.

Have a beautiful,

A very pragmatic and methodical visualization chakra cleanse, recharge, and protection meditation. This is remarkably helpful during moments that might feel overwhelming and/or emotional, for it adds no mass or weight of additional emotions.
I usually prefer observing and/or expanding my emotions during meditation—especially visualizations. But when an occasion presents itself as already “too much”, this approach of a step-by-step process, yielding the solution of a completed sense of cleansing, chakra balancing/supercharging, as well as a protection ritual (all while rooted to earth’s core and supported by the source energy), is a winning strategy!
