Thank you so much for this, Gloria I appreciate the practical steps you’ve laid out, especially regarding personal safety. I am in the preparation stage, getting back to me, meditating, painting, and saving money. My husband pays for everything and I have found myself feeling financially insecure for the very first time in my life. “Simple” and beautiful. I was doing this while also falling asleep a bit and waking up multiple times. No problem, I have cleansed and maybe will continue a bit as I am going to sleep now. Thank you so much Gloria för this wonderful meditation healing! I like that you included a flow through all the 7 main chakras at the end in addition to the throat. Afterwards I felt very cozy, relaxed and whole body wrapped in warmth and peaceful calm 💕💜✨☀️
