Hello and welcome to this five minutes grounding meditation.
This track is perfect if you feel the need to create a moment of calm in your busy day or to clear thoughts before starting a project or focusing on something.
And also finally it's perfect to clear the day off before you go to sleep.
Now I'll be guiding you through the process to sit back and relax.
We're going to start by making sure that you are seated with your feet flat on the ground,
Your arms outstretched,
Your palms facing upwards and go ahead and close your eyes if you feel safe to do so today.
Otherwise you can gaze on the floor in front of you.
We're going to start by focusing in the place behind your eyes and between your ears.
The place at the center of your mind just to access our inner self.
This meditation consists of letting go of everything that doesn't serve you right this moment and to do so we will use the power of breath.
We will take three deep inhales and three long exhales to let out everything that doesn't serve us anymore.
Before we start the process go ahead and picture an open door in front of you.
Everything that you will be exhaling during this process you will exhale outside of this door.
So let's go ahead and start taking the first deep breath in and exhale.
Let it all out,
Out,
Out,
Out of that door.
Everything that doesn't serve you,
Everything that doesn't belong in your mind right now,
Everything that doesn't deserve your energy right now,
Your to-do list,
Your business.
Let it all go out.
Second deep breath in and exhale.
Let it out,
Out,
Out again.
Let go of your overthinking,
The unwanted thoughts,
Any argument,
Any worry that is keeping your mind busy right now.
Let it all go outside of the door.
And then one more time,
Deep breath in and exhale.
Let it all out,
Out,
Out,
Out.
Empty your mind,
Empty yourself from any worry,
Anything that doesn't serve you right this moment and once it's all exhaled out of you completely,
Go ahead and close the door.
Close the door behind those things so you can be in this space with yourself,
Peaceful and undisturbed.
It feels great.
Now let's go ahead and set an intention for yourself.
Whatever it is that you're going to do after this meditation,
Maybe you're preparing for a project,
Maybe you just needed a moment of calm in your day,
Maybe you're just about to go to bed,
To sleep.
Whatever it is that you're going to do after this,
Go ahead now and set an intention for yourself.
How would you like to be?
What would you like to do?
What would you like to gain?
Go ahead,
Take a moment for yourself.
And now we're going to invite in earth energy,
Source energy,
Your spirit guides,
So that they can support you during the rest of your day or whichever activity you're going to do after this.
For everything that comes up,
For it to be for your highest and best good.
And now go ahead as well and think of someone whose energy you would like next to you today.
Maybe it's somebody from your past,
Maybe it's somebody you admire but you don't know them.
Or perhaps,
Maybe they're an historical figure,
Maybe somebody who has passed or maybe somebody who is in your life.
Go ahead and think of their energy and invite their energy in to be with you today,
To support you during this day.
Whatever it is that you're going to do next,
Just have them next to you.
Now take a moment to tune in to your heartbeat.
Repeat,
I am safe,
I am loved,
I am growing,
I am expanding,
I am peaceful.
Take a few deep breaths here,
A couple of deep breaths in and out,
Just to settle in your intention,
To create space within yourself.
And then when you're ready,
You can go ahead,
Maybe stretch,
Start moving your toes,
Your fingers,
Start rolling your shoulders a little bit,
Stretch your arms.
Maybe a yawn is going to come out,
You never know.
And make yourself ready for your next activity.
Go ahead,
Open your eyes when you're ready.
I hope you enjoyed this few moments for yourself and that they brought you peace and everything that you are looking for right now.
I wish you a wonderful rest of your day.
May it be abundant,
Joyful and peaceful.
Thank you for meditating with me.
