Hello beautiful soul and welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

Taking this time under the energy of the full moon,

A time of release,

Clearing and making space for the new.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

You can sit with your feet flat on the ground or if you prefer come into a lotus position.

If it feels good you might stretch your arms out for a moment,

Palms facing up and then gently rest your hands on your lap or your thighs.

Close your eyes if you feel safe to do so,

Otherwise simply soften your gaze on the floor in front of you or on your lap.

Find your centre,

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully and again inhale and exhale.

One more time,

A long deep breath in and release it all out.

Now I want you to bring your attention to the space behind your eyes and between your ears.

This is your inner room,

A quiet sacred space that belongs to you and you alone.

Nobody can disturb you here.

Step into this room and just feel how calm it is,

How peaceful.

Know that you're safe,

Protected.

This is your sanctuary.

In this room I'd like you to imagine taking your favourite colour of paint.

Go ahead and paint the walls of this room in that colour,

The walls,

The ceiling and the floor.

And when you finish painting take a marker and write your signature on the walls.

This is you claiming and cleansing your sacred space,

Protecting it,

Making it entirely yours.

Now gently bring your awareness down into your heart.

Imagine a small flame glowing there.

With each inhale,

See this flame growing brighter,

Bigger and warmer.

This is your inner fire,

The high vibrational light of your soul.

Breathe in and feel this flame expand through your ribcage,

Through your entire body and out into your energy field,

Shining around you like a brilliant light.

Keep breathing and imagine your energy expanding even further,

Filling your room,

Your home,

Your neighbourhood and stretching out all the way around the planet.

Feel your vibration rising.

You might notice tingling sensations around your body,

Or you might not.

Either way is perfect.

Now under this full moon,

I'd like you to gently tune in and notice any emotion that's been lingering beneath the surface.

It might be fear,

Hurt,

Loneliness,

Anger,

Or perhaps sadness,

Grief.

Simply allow one emotion to rise up for a moment.

Ask yourself,

Where does this live in my body?

Maybe it's in your chest,

Your head,

Your stomach,

Your lower abdomen.

Let it come to the surface.

No judgement.

You've got yourself,

You're safe here.

Once you've found where it is,

Observe it a little closer.

What colour is it?

What's its texture?

Is it bright or dark?

Solid like a cube,

Or soft and cloudy like a mist?

Is it heavy or light?

Dense or transparent?

Just notice.

No need to change anything yet.

Now,

Gently ask this emotion,

What do you want to tell me?

What message do you have for me right now?

You might hear words,

You might see images,

Or you might just sense a feeling.

Trust whatever comes.

We all have our unique ways of receiving energy.

Once you've received this message,

Say to this emotion,

Either out loud or silently,

In your mind,

I hear you.

I know you're trying to protect me.

Thank you for looking out for me.

And now say,

I love you.

I see you.

I hear you.

I know that I've grown.

I know that I can walk my path.

You don't have to use so much energy to protect me anymore.

I've learned,

And I can do this on my own now.

And keep looking at this emotion with compassion.

And then say,

I'm going to release you.

You don't deserve to stay trapped.

I set you free.

Above this emotion,

Whether it's a cloud,

A box,

Or another shape,

You see a golden cord descending from the ceiling.

At the end of this cord is a little claw,

Like the one in arcade games to pick up toys.

Say to source energy,

It's okay.

You can take this now.

I'm ready to release it.

And see the golden claw slowly lowering,

Gently grasping the cloud,

The box,

Or the shape you've been holding.

As it lifts upward,

Watch how the color of this energy changes.

It turns bright,

Pure,

Glowing white as source begins to heal it.

Higher and higher it goes,

Being carried away.

Until it completely disappears into the light.

As this happens,

Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter and lighter.

Send love to what you've released.

Set it free.

And feel the spaciousness it leaves behind.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale all the weight you've been carrying.

If there are tears,

Let them flow.

Let them release what's ready to go.

Wherever that emotion once lived in your body,

Imagine now that you open a window.

Let fresh air rush in.

Let it purify the space.

Clear away any lingering dust.

And make room for something new.

Now set your intention.

What do you want to fill this space with?

Is it courage?

Joy?

Peace?

Playfulness?

Rest?

Choose what you'd like to welcome in.

See this new energy arriving in the form of a beautiful golden cloud.

Or perhaps a shimmering liquid.

Or a glowing crystal.

Whatever it looks like for you.

Feel how light and expansive it is.

Keep that window open.

So that everything you desire can flow in.

Take another deep breath in.

And exhale gently.

Slowly begin to return your awareness to your inner room.

Place your hands on your heart.

And say to yourself.

Thank you for showing up today.

Thank you for releasing and healing.

Breathe in deeply.

And exhale.

Say these words with me.

Hear out loud or silently.

I can do it.

I have my own back.

I know how to do this.

I am brave.

I am patient.

I am peaceful.

I am strong enough.

Stay with yourself for another moment.

And if it feels good.

Wrap your arms around yourself in a big tight hug.

Feel gratitude for your courage and honesty.

And when you're ready.

Gently open your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

And come back fully into the room.

You've done beautiful work today.

Under the full moon's light.

May this energy bring you clarity,

Release and spaciousness for new beginnings to enter your life.
