Cacao Ritual Prayer- Opening The Heart & Setting Intentions

I created this cacao invocation (or prayer) to help you set intentions, slow down, and open your heart as you approach your own ritual working with the magic of this wonderful, healing medicine.

This is a beautiful space for setting intentions, opening your heart and connecting with your intuition, and beginning your own cacao ritual.

Take this time for yourself, move at your own pace, and allow whatever arises to be exactly as it needs to be.

Hello my beautiful soul, Welcome to this cacao invocation, This cacao prayer. This is a sacred moment to slow down, Connect with your heart and open yourself to the gentle loving energy of cacao. Before we begin, I suggest you have your cacao with you and you can sip through little by little as I read out the prayer for you. I've created this to set an intention when you're holding space for yourself, Doing soul searching, Healing or simply gaining insight through the medicine of cacao. Now hold the cacao in your hands and take a deep inhale and exhale. This is a space to soften, To arrive fully in your body and to connect with yourself, Your heart and the energy you're calling in. Take another deep inhale and exhale. You can close your eyes, Connect to the center of your heart and bring forward your intention. Inhale again and exhale. As I recite this prayer, Just feel and allow the words to lend in your own way. Whichever way you're meant to receive this prayer is exactly the right way. I hereby open this sacred space as I arrive fully into this moment with intention. I call upon earth to hold me. I am grateful to you for keeping me safe and rooted as I step into a new season. I call upon air to move through me as breath. I am grateful to you for softening my mind and gifting me insight. I call upon fire to transform me. I am grateful to you for giving me the courage to begin again. I call upon water to move me. I am grateful to you for my intuition and for helping me release and renew. I call upon spirit to guide me. I am grateful to you for holding me always. I call upon Mama Cacao, Heart-opening medicine of the earth. I honor you. I thank you for your love, Your wisdom, Your guidance and your healing. Mama Cacao, Move gently through my body. Open my heart, Quiet my mind and deepen my connection to myself and my soul. I thank the land where you came from and every person who worked to make it possible for me to experience you. In this moment, I set the intention to move forward consciously. I release what I no longer need and create space for what is ready to grow. I choose clarity over confusion, Alignment over force, Trust over control. I open myself to guidance, To insight and to the next version of me that is ready to emerge. I invite only what is aligned, Only what is supportive, Only what serves my highest good. I step into this journey grounded, Open-hearted and sovereign. Show me what I need to see. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
