You will then be guided inward to a peaceful forest sanctuary, a symbolic inner space of healing and restoration. Surrounded by tall trees and the calming sounds of nature, you can allow yourself to feel grounded, supported and safe. In this quiet sanctuary, there is no pressure and no judgement, only acceptance and space to simply be. As you rest within this nurturing inner landscape, you begin to release fear, guilt and worry, allowing more supportive and empowering thoughts to emerge.
