Many people are searching for something to make them feel whole.
However,
In meeting the depth of our being,
We can recognise that we are already complete.
We are love and always aware.
And with this insight,
We can start a profound transformation.
Notice your body resting and relax completely.
We are both the body and the awareness that recognises everything.
Our feelings and thoughts come and go in awareness.
Concepts and problems are just a part of our limitless potential.
Let go of all concepts,
All words,
All tension.
Let yourself feel and just be.
Relax.
There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to go.
Just feel safe and trust.
Take a deep breath and hold it.
Breathe it out with a loud sigh,
Letting everything go.
Notice your body beginning to soften.
Feel safe and be at peace with everything.
Feel how your whole body is permeated with awareness.
Let a heartfelt wish and intention appear in it.
For instance,
I am love and awareness.
I am complete and whole.
Or whatever feeling or thought may arise.
Repeat your wish silently.
Your body has served you all your life.
Now let go of all thoughts and tensions and allow it to rest deeply.
Take a deep breath and hold it.
Feel the tension building up.
And when the body urges you to exhale,
Breathe out all the tensions and thoughts with a breath.
Let the breath come and go in its own natural rhythm.
Notice the breath getting calmer.
Now focus your attention on your face.
And with the next exhalation,
Let go of every expression.
Relax the muscles behind your eyes and feel them softening.
Put on a light smile to relax the whole face even further.
Loosen your jaw.
And you can yawn if you like.
Your cheeks are soft.
Your forehead smooth.
Your scalp is relaxed.
Feel the sensations in your face and head.
Feel the sensations throughout the whole body.
And just be aware of them without naming or judging.
Feel them rising and changing in the vastness of consciousness.
Your mind is awake and aware.
As focusing on one point can easily be distracted,
Open your focus as wide as the horizon.
Notice there's nothing to grasp in this vast space.
Focus is still and welcomes everything.
Thoughts can appear and dissolve by themselves.
There's nothing to do.
Just surrender.
Be open and relax.
Remember,
The ideal state is the one you are experiencing right now.
Feel the sensations throughout the body.
Your whole body is a field of luminous sensations.
Become very still and feel them.
Notice your body breathing by itself.
Feel the breath flowing effortlessly in and out of both nostrils.
Follow the breath in the body.
Feel it flowing through your nose,
Throat,
Diaphragm,
Abdomen,
And chest,
And all the way back.
Notice how it stops between the in and the out breath,
And the out and the in breath.
Feel the whole body participating in these pauses and notice the silence.
Allow your body to breathe normally.
Feel your mind balanced and your breath harmonious.
Let's wander through the front and the back of the body.
Notice how each part relaxes when it's touched by your attention.
Feel both feet at the same time.
Both ankles,
And both knees.
Both hips.
Pelvis.
Chest.
Both shoulders.
Neck.
Face.
Head.
Back of the head.
Both shoulder blades.
Back.
Both thighs.
Both calves.
Both heels.
Both heels.
Both soles of the feet.
Now feel the whole body from the top of the head to the tips of your toes at once.
The whole body.
Feel the whole body as part of the vast awareness.
Focus your attention on the heart centre.
There's nothing to do,
Nothing to achieve.
Just become part of this vast space without a past or a future.
It is a place of silence,
Love and trust.
Like love,
Awareness has neither form nor colour,
Nor border.
Awareness and love are not things,
But a field welcoming everything unconditionally.
They're always there.
Notice the space in which every thought and feeling appears.
Let go of concepts.
Just surrender.
Notice your heart opening.
Feel the love.
By loving yourself,
Love can naturally flow through you.
Think of someone close to you.
Notice how love fills you when you share your love.
Love connects you with others.
Decide to always keep your heart open.
Trust that the answers will appear within you.
And remember your whole being is love.
You're always complete,
The source of all experience.
Resolve to share this love with everyone you meet today.
Be aware of your whole body.
Feel peaceful and content.
Notice how relaxed it is and how your breath has softened.
Your mind is calm and empty,
Your heartbeat gentle and steady.
Be still,
Be grateful.
You can return to this state at any time.
In awareness,
Your heartfelt wish can be realised without effort.
Feel what is arising.
Think of your intention and what its realisation feels like.
Don't hesitate.
Just allow yourself to dive deeply.
Honour and accept your heartfelt wish.
Feel from the heart into the whole body.
Feel wellbeing and balance.
Experience the life energy flowing freely.
Feel your connection with all beings and with the world.
Feel supported.
Start noticing your breath again.
Feel the weight of your body.
Feel the air on your skin.
Without hurrying,
Start moving your hands and feet.
Pull up your knees.
When you're ready,
Turn onto your right side.
Feel safe and secure.
Remember your heartfelt wish.
Notice that something deep inside you has changed.
Whenever you're challenged,
Remember your intention.
Feel how relaxed your body and mind are and how soft your breath is.
Be grateful.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
And when you're fully awake,
You can sit up again.
