Release any heaviness,
Any heavy energy from there and open up to the energy of possibility,
To the energy of strength,
Freedom and pure unconditional love for yourself.
Wherever you are,
You can sit comfortably or even lie down.
Make sure you feel super comfy and cozy and start taking nice and deep breaths,
Inviting more fresh air to your lungs,
To your whole body.
Inhale,
Allow your belly to expand,
Your ribs,
Your chest open up.
Exhale and release any tension from your body,
Any worry,
Any heaviness from your mind.
Deep inhale,
Full exhale.
Inhale,
Inviting love,
Inviting more and more awareness into the space.
Exhale anything you wish to release right now.
Open your heart,
Open your womb space,
Open yourself for more and more divine love to come and embrace you.
Know that you can feel safe here,
Safe in the space of here and now.
Keep breathing like that and for this meditation I invite you to place one or both of your hands on the space of your womb.
You can make a little triangle from both of your hands,
From your fingers or you can just place them however best this feels for you right now.
Just when you breathe in and when you breathe out,
Notice the presence of your womb,
Notice the air that goes there to your beautiful feminine power space and notice how it relaxes when you breathe out.
This is a time to remind yourself how beautiful,
How sacred and how divine you are.
You are a beautiful queen and you've got the power to heal yourself.
You've got the power to create whatever you wish to create in your life and you always,
Always deserve to feel good my darling.
Now we'll go through a few affirmations.
If you want you can repeat them out loud after me or you can just speak them silently in your mind.
Connect to these words and connect to the energy behind them with your whole open heart.
I love my womb.
My womb is whole and complete.
Every day I am getting stronger and healthier.
I love my body,
My forever home.
My body is sacred and I am sacred.
I love and enjoy taking care of myself.
My life is so precious.
I am full of loving energy and I allow love to take care of me,
To guide me,
To heal me.
I choose to be kind to myself.
I choose to love myself even at times when I don't feel like it.
I am whole and complete at every moment of now.

My womb is a space of power.
I choose to trust it.

Peaceful energy surrounding your uterus,
Surrounding your hips,
Giving you so much love.
Feeling warm like a sunshine.
Feel this sensual,
Sexual energy being alive within you,
Being alive within your womb.
If you want,
Right now you can squeeze your muscles,
Squeeze the muscles of your womb when you inhale and when you exhale,
Just release it.
Allow yourself to open.
Feel this bright,
Golden,
Yellow color shining through your womb space,
Shining through your whole body.
Stay connected to your breath.
Stay connected to that space,
Engaging your sacred,
Sensual space.
Know that as long as you give a little care and attention to your womb,
It will be okay.
It will heal and it will be able to give you even more joy and pleasure in this life.
