Good morning,
Take a moment to arrive here.
Perhaps gentle lengthening of your spine.
Maybe softening or shaking off your shoulder.
Allowing your face to relax.
Sitting with your sit bones grounded,
Nice and long spine and open heart.
You are here.
You are alive.
Let's welcome this day with gratitude for this life and for your breath.
Slowly start beginning to deepen your breath.
Inhaling a little bit longer through your nose.
And fully exhaling,
Softening your mouth.
Full,
Open and nourishing breaths.
Breathing in that fresh energy,
That fresh breath.
The fresh inspiration.
And possibilities for this day.
Allowing your breath to become a little fuller now.
Inviting more prana.
Prana,
That vital force,
That energy force,
That's making your blood flow,
That's making you breathe,
That's making your heart beat,
Really feeling aliveness within you.
And more openness in the body.
Maybe even beginning to gently move if you want,
Perhaps rolling your shoulders back and down.
Persuading the body side to side.
You can even shake your hands,
Your arms,
Your legs.
Just a very natural,
Intuitive movement just to invite a little bit more of that energy flow into the body.
Waking it up from the inside out.
Releasing and moving any stagnant energy.
Inviting circulation.
Allowing this life force to move freely.
Your breath is still stable.
Your breath is guiding you here.
And then slowly allowing the movement to become a little bit smaller now You don't have to stop it suddenly but just slowly and slowly coming back into more stillness.
No efforts now.
You are just noticing.
Can you feel that energy moving through your body now?
That's warm,
Maybe gentle heat.
Some tingling more aliveness from within.
Become aware of your heart space.
Where is your heart now?
How is it beating?
Maybe you can even place one hand on the heart,
Feeling that rhythm of your heartbeat and the rhythm of your breath.
This is that rhythm of life moving through you.
Just for a few more moments allow yourself to appreciate this life.
Not taking it for granted,
Not taking any breath and anything you have for granted.
Really appreciating.
Celebrating life within you.
Celebrating this moment.
Your beautiful body.
Your powerful breath.
You don't need nothing extraordinary or lots of effort to create something beautiful.
And to appreciate all that beauty that's already within.
Just simple awareness.
Effortless awareness of being here.
The bliss of being.
The bliss of being alive,
Awake and aware.
Let yourself stay here.

Can you notice yourself feeling grounded and yet expansive?
Can you feel your body being relaxed and yet still awake?
This is that beautiful harmony,
That balance that we create.
The more aware we become.

To that prana within.

It only depends on you on what you do with it,

For the simple and yet most profound and wonderful gift in this world that's your life.

That bliss of being alive,
Of experiencing everything as it comes and goes from that space of awareness,
From that space of gratitude.
Knowing that even the challenges are here for something,
For a reason.
Knowing that whatever happens today,
Doesn't matter how good or bad it looks on the outside,
Is here for a reason.
And it only depends on you,
On how you take it,
How you interpret it and how much bliss and gratitude you can notice in each step of your day.
