Welcome dear,
I invite you to this meditation to love your body more,
Give your body a little bit more love and appreciation and through that accept yourself knowing how amazing being you truly are.
Wherever you are right now just make yourself really comfortable by sitting down with your back straight,
Relax your shoulders and open your heart.
Just start by taking a few deep cleansing breaths connecting to the space within.
Deep inhale through your nose,
Full exhale through your mouth.
Deep and conscious inhale to the space of your heart,
Full and conscious exhale just grounding yourself deeper with the earth.
Allow your breath to be steady,
Deep and slow,
Knowing that there is no rush here,
This is a safe space for you,
Where you can really feel good,
Where no one is judging you,
There is only pure love and acceptance.
Deep inhale to the space of your physical body,
Feel the powerful loving energy flowing through every part of yourself,
Through your face,
Your head,
Through your shoulders,
Through your back,
From the upper back to your lower back,
From your chest and heart space relaxing these spaces more and more,
Through your belly and hips space as well,
Relaxing this place releasing any heavy motions from your body,
Knowing that you can be free here and now.
Feeling both of your legs one by one,
Feeling connected to the ground underneath you.
You are so beautiful and so special,
Your body is your sacred home,
So have the openness and love to treat it with respect that it deserves.
Doesn't matter how other people see it,
Know that you are a beautiful divine being and the more you accept your body,
The better you will feel in this world and your body will look nicer and nicer as long as you know how to nourish it with beautiful thoughts,
With positive words and with healthy delicious food.
Deep inhale and slow exhale to the space of your heart and now if you want to you can put both of your hands on your heart or put them wherever you feel like you need some more healing or some more love.
Take a beautiful deep inhale and say I am perfect,
Whole and complete just as I am.
I am open to nourish my body in a healthy way.
I fully love and respect myself here and now.
My body is a gift.
I am going to take care of my body in the best possible way.
I am worthy of love and I deserve love no matter what other people think of me.
It's okay for me to trust the wisdom of my body.
I am compassionate and warm.
My presence is delightful to people.
I can be healthy and happy at any time.
My body is so special because it's mine.
I am grateful for this sacred home.
I am open to healing and I am open to starting more healthy living habits.
I am important in this world and I know my own worth.
I am so grateful to just be here and now.
Deep inhale to the space of your belly,
Your ribs and chest.
Feel your heart expanding.
Exhale and move it down.
One more time,
Deep inhale this way,
Full and conscious exhale and just stay in this beautiful space of love and awareness.
You can even hug yourself now.
Give yourself all this love and appreciation that you need and know that you are safe,
You are supported and you are loved just as you are.
Now go to this world,
Share your light with people and treat your body with love,
Peace and respect.
