Whenever you are ready,
Just start to close down your eyes,
Shutting off your perception of this reality.
And just start to breathe in to your own sense of being.
And breathe out.
Closing down your eyes.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And gently place your hands on your own and your yoni.
On your own sacred feminine.
Your own body.
And just start to connect with your womb.
Connect with your yoni.
And just notice as you place your hands on your beautiful sacred feminine self.
Notice how that feels.
Notice if it feels painful.
If it feels dirty.
If it feels pleasurable.
Just notice the feeling and the word.
And just observe it without reacting to it.
Without diving deeper into it.
Just notice the feeling.
And breathe in to your yoni.
And breathe out.
And just let your yoni know that you are here to connect with your womb.
You're here to connect with your deepest feminine.
Let your womb and your yoni know that you are here to heal.
To activate.
Your yoni.
Your womb.
Your sacred sexuality.
And breathe in to your womb.
And breathe out.
Let your womb know that you are here to free your womb and yoni of any pain.
Any suffering.
Any illness.
Any disease or disease.
Let your womb and yoni know that you are here to activate pleasure.
You are activating joy.
You are activating your creation energy.
And let your womb and your yoni know that you are here as a friend.
And not a foe.
As one being.
And beautiful coherence with each other.
Let your womb know that you are here to teach your womb.
And let your womb know that you are here to learn from your womb.
Let your womb and your yoni know that you are here to talk to your womb.
And let your womb and yoni know that you are here to listen to your womb.
Allowing this connection between you and your womb and yoni to start to come together.
And just start to forgive yourself for any pain that you may have caused to your yoni,
To your womb,
Out of unconscious behavior.
Apologize and choose to let it go.
And allow and listen for your womb and your yoni to apologize to you for any moments where your sexuality spoke loudly and won when your heart wasn't yet ready.
Live your yoni.
Let your womb and your yoni know that you are here to build a new relationship.
To build trust.
To build love.
To build unity.
And breathe this energy in.
And breathe this energy out.
Just letting go of any pain and suffering.
And breathing in any pleasure.
Let your womb and yoni know that you are not here to shame,
But to please.
And just allow yourself to set your own individual intention for this womb healing,
For this yoni healing,
For this cord cutting,
This beautiful sacred sexuality connection.
Set your intention out.
And feel this intention and know that this intention has now manifested.
From the moment we intend,
We visualize and we feel that which we desire,
We create and manifest it instantly.
And we now just have to do the work to create and get to that version of us.
And as thoughts come up,
Just bring yourself back to your breath.
And bring your awareness to your yoni now.
And ask your womb,
Ask your yoni,
To bring to mind any past sexual partner that it's still holding onto.
And just take the first person that comes to mind.
The person that you think of may not be logical or rational,
But just take the very first person that comes to mind.
Ask your womb,
Who do you need healing from?
Who do you need releasing from?
And allow their face,
Their name,
To just come to mind.
If multiple partners come to mind,
Just take one.
You can clear and cleanse and break free from all of them,
But you can only do it one at a time.
You can travel to every country,
But you can only travel to one country at a time.
You can heal from every partner,
But you can only heal from one partner at a time.
So take the first partner that comes to mind.
And once you've pictured this person,
I want you to invite them into this space with you.
Invite them to come into your sacred space,
Standing before you.
And with them standing before you,
Just observe and notice anything that you are feeling,
Anything that you are experiencing.
And now while facing them,
Just observing your feelings without reacting to them.
Say to this past partner or current partner whatever it is that you are feeling without shame,
Without guilt,
Speaking your honest,
Open truth.
And once you have spoken your truth,
Ask them kindly and be open to receiving any information any message that they have,
Any feelings that they have.
Just listen.
And once you've received the message,
Let them know kindly that you are here to give back their energy that you are holding within you and tell them that you are here to take back any energy that they took from you consciously or unconsciously.
Let them know that you are here to cut the cords of attachment of codependency.
And as you say this,
Start to see any cords that are connected to you.
Start to first notice that there is a cord connecting from your yoni to their lingam,
From your womb to their womb,
For men also have a womb.
See this cord and you can picture this cord like an umbilical cord from mother to child.
Maybe the cord looks like a piece of string or rope.
Maybe it's a chain.
Just notice whatever it looks like.
Notice what it looks like,
Its texture,
Its strength.
Notice if you see a chain,
How that may depict how corded you are to them,
How strong the cord is,
How strong the connection is.
And notice how if it's just a little piece of thread,
How small the connection is and how easily it can be broken.
And now notice if there's anywhere else on your body that you accorded.
Maybe from your heart,
If you had a heart connection,
Maybe there was a rope wrapped around your throat,
If there was lack of communication or a lot of communication.
Maybe there was a cord connected to your crown chakras above your head,
If you had a deep spiritual connection.
Just notice what cords are on your body.
Feeling the love,
The pain from this relationship.
And feel just this energy that flows between you guys through all of these cords connecting you and binding you together.
Notice how you are still connected and in communion,
Even if it's been years since you've seen this process.
Once you have felt this,
Let them know that you will now be sending back any energy that you know of consciously or that you don't know of consciously back to them.
That is their energy,
That is not yours.
And you can visualize yourself sending this energy back through the cords that are connected to each other.
You can see this as a ball of light moving from you through the cord back to them.
You can see yourself handing this energy back to them.
There's no right or wrong way to do this.
You just start to send energy,
Emotions,
Feelings,
Thoughts,
Memories back to them that you took from them,
Whether consciously or unconsciously.
And once complete,
Know that you can always come back to this later and give them more energy back.
Ask them now kindly and calmly,
Please send me and give me back my energy that you took from me consciously or unconsciously.
And allow this transfer to take place,
Seeing this energy coming back to you through these cords like electricity.
And allow whatever feelings that you are feeling right now to just be there,
Allowing you to move all of this energy.
And when you and he has given and sent back all of this energy,
Tell him now that you two together are going to cut these cords that bind you,
That connect you,
And that you are cutting these cords to free each other of any pain,
Any trauma,
Any disease,
Illness,
Memories,
Thoughts,
Characteristics.
Now just imagining a tool,
It can be scissors,
A chainsaw,
A knife,
Whatever you need to cut these cords.
And start to just cut these cords together,
Feeling the energy returning to each other back to its natural owner.
And know that as you cut these cords,
You are giving room to free each other,
To separate from each other,
Or to come back together in more health,
In more love.
Not worrying what is going to happen,
But to do this for your own sense of freedom.
Continue to cut these cords until there's no cords left,
Cutting every single cord and just feeling what it feels like.
Some cords might be easier to cut than others.
You might not be able to cut all of the cords today for longer relationships.
Create stronger,
Tougher cords that may take more tries to cut.
Take your time.
And when all of the cords are cut,
Know that you can come back to this at any time.
Stand before this person again and feel your own energy.
Feel your own freedom.
Feel what it feels like to be you again.
You may not even recognize yourself in this moment for this energy that has been returned to you and the energy that has left you may have been gone for some time now.
And it may take time to readjust back to your natural vibration and frequency.
And standing before this person and just start to smile,
Thanking them for doing this work with you.
Thank them for being a part of a season of your life.
Have gratitude for them.
Have love for them.
And have appreciation for them.
Ridding yourself of any negative feeling that you may have felt before.
And only conscious,
Unconditional love.
Just smiling at them and allowing this version that stands before you,
Allowing their image to just fade away.
Allowing little by little for them to just fade away.
Waking them and feeling thanked.
Until you are completely standing by yourself and feeling back into your body,
Back into your womb.
Coming back to see yourself little by little,
Thanking this healing,
Thanking your womb,
And thanking yourself.
And when you're ready,
Starting to bring your awareness back into the space,
Back into your body,
Taking your time.
Breathing slowly,
Very slowly,
For there was no rush.
A lot of energy was moved.
So come back slowly.
And breathing in and breathing out your new sense of being.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And just start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Feeling into this healed version of you.
Notice how light you feel.
You may or may not even recognize or feel like yourself.
Just take yourself slowly.
Wiggling your toes and rubbing your hands and your body back onto your knee.
Notice what you can feel.
Notice what you can heal.
Notice what you can taste.
Notice what you can smell.
And then finally opening up your eyes.
And notice what you can see.
