Hello beautiful souls,

In today's meditation,

This meditation will be focused on letting go of self-doubt.

This meditation will center ourselves quickly,

Easily and fulfill us in a short amount of time.

Starting with a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Allowing yourself to be comfortable.

Allowing yourself to feel and be seated in whatever position is most comfortable for you.

Starting to let go of doubt.

Trusting your body.

Trusting your body with the way you are sitting.

Trusting your body with how you feel.

Starting your mind and your soul and your feelings.

Starting to breathe in to the idea of trust.

Breathing in to the idea of guidance.

Breathing in to the idea of surrender.

True surrender.

Taking a big deep breath in to your nose for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and holding for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and releasing all of that for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Releasing all of that breath.

Breathing in once again.

Two more times.

Big breath in through your nose.

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Holding 5,

4,

3,

2,

1 and exhaling 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Very good.

And last one.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in your intention for this meditation.

Breathing in.

Releasing self doubt.

Holding it.

Releasing the doubt.

Releasing it all.

Allowing source to come in to guide you,

To lead you,

To protect you.

Imagine now as we move back into the body.

Allowing yourself to relax deeper and deeper and deeper.

See a beautiful white light up above your head.

As big and as beautiful as the sun.

Feel the warmth of this light.

Feel the warmth,

The rejuvenation,

The peace that this light brings.

See this light radiating all over your body and with every body part that I need,

Your body relaxes deeper and deeper,

Allowing your own guidance system to come through.

To set the intention.

To give you the answers that you need in this moment.

So that you no longer doubt yourself.

You no longer doubt others.

You no longer doubt the many,

Many resources of information that is constantly moving all around us.

The constant information of the news,

Of the channels,

The books,

The people.

Letting it all go and allowing yourself to truly just tap in to your own inner knowing,

Your own inner guidance,

Your own sense of wisdom.

For you already know the answers.

Breathe this light into you.

Relaxing deeper and deeper.

Feeling the light penetrating your head.

Allowing the light to move all throughout your head.

Letting go of the mind channel.

Letting go of the thoughts.

Letting go of your own thoughts and feelings of how things should be done.

Relaxing.

Moving the light down your eyes for there's nothing to see.

Closing down your eyes if you haven't done so already.

Closing down the sensory of the sight.

Loving gratitude for all that your eyes see.

Letting the light down your face,

Down your ears.

Listening to the sound of my voice.

Allowing your ears to heal and resonate with whatever answers that you may need in this moment,

In every moment.

Allowing your ears to filter out what information is true to you and what information is not.

Moving the light down your mouth.

Allowing your mouth to continue to breathe.

Giving your mouth and your speech the love and kindness that it needs for all that it has said and will say.

Letting go of any angry words that you may have said,

Forgiving those words and knowing that you are human.

Know that everything that was spoken was in alignment with that moment.

That it was in the emotional scale of releasing what no longer needed to be.

Moving the light down your neck,

Down your vocal cords,

Down your throat,

Your throat chakra,

Healing all of you.

Moving the light down your shoulders,

Releasing any baggage that you may feel in your shoulders.

Knowing that it is safe to let go of the baggage,

To free yourself from doubt,

From fear,

From pain.

Moving the light down your arms,

Your hands,

Letting go of anything that you may be carrying right now.

Continuing to breathe as thoughts emerge,

Come back to the breath,

Come back to the body parts that I'm naming.

Bringing your attention back to this moment as your mind may drift.

Letting go of all that you carry,

Feeling the light warming all of you.

Moving the light down your chest,

Over your heart,

Over your heart.

Giving your heart so much love,

So much gratitude for all that it feels,

For all that it continues to feel on a daily basis.

All that it ever will feel.

Your heart never stops working,

It always beats with no doubt.

Feel into that for a moment.

Do you ever doubt the beating of your heart?

Never.

For we work our jobs,

We may work a 40 hour week and be exhausted and tired.

We work cooking and cleaning,

We grocery shop,

We work consistently.

And when we don't,

We take a break.

But our heart,

It never stops,

It always beats without any doubt.

Allowing this to be the first breadcrumb of a doubt for you.

Feeling into that.

Moving the light down your stomach,

Letting go of any excess weight that you no longer desire that may linger around your midsection.

Releasing this energy,

For doubt is often stored here.

Our negative resistance is stored around our midsection.

Letting go of this,

If you so choose,

If you so need to.

Being grateful for all of our organs.

Feeling this light,

Allowing you to relax deeper and deeper and deeper.

Moving the light down your pelvis,

Down your reproduction organs.

Having gratitude for this beautiful,

Beautiful sensitive area that gives us so much pleasure,

That gives us such great sensations.

As well as releasing any traumas that may be stored in this area.

Any negative feelings that we may be holding.

Letting go and knowing that we are not alone in our pain,

We are not alone in our suffering,

We are not alone in our trauma.

Letting go and feeling into whatever feels right for you.

Allowing the light to heal you,

Heal this area.

Allowing you to get back into touch with this area.

Loving it and having the utmost gratitude for it.

Moving this light down your legs,

Down your buttocks.

Feeling the light shining on your legs.

Having gratitude for all that you stand,

All that you carry along your legs,

How your legs carry you so strongly.

They carry your whole body.

Feeling love and gratitude for this.

You no longer need to stand but relax into this moment.

Finally,

Moving the light down your feet.

Once again having love and gratitude for your feet.

The path that they have walked,

The path that brought you to this moment.

Having love and gratitude for all the steps that you have taken in life.

Whether they were good steps or bad steps,

They all led you to this moment.

This moment of releasing self-doubt.

Relaxing your tongue.

Relaxing your whole body.

May in this moment your whole body become still.

Your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit,

Your soul.

Allowing yourself to let go of what no longer serves you.

Feel deeper connected to your own inner higher guidance system.

Repeating in your mind your intention of releasing doubt.

Breathing in.

I want you to imagine now a color that is associated with doubt.

Any color that feels right for you.

Make doubt a color.

Now once you have chosen your color,

Any color will do.

I ask you to imagine a color for clarity.

A color now represents clarity.

Inner knowing.

Feeling into it.

Allowing the colors to come.

I want you to now imagine both colors,

Doubt and clarity.

Imagine yourself now filled with the color of doubt.

Color that you chose.

Imagine yourself walking,

Walking down the sidewalk.

One foot in front of the other.

Right left,

Right left,

Right left.

And with every step that you take,

You release a little bit more of the color of doubt.

Every step,

The color of doubt begins to fade.

Lighter and lighter and lighter.

Every step you fill yourself with more doubt.

With every step,

The color that you chose becomes lighter and lighter.

Until you come to a neutral white color.

Allowing your whole body to be filled with the neutral white light.

Allowing yourself as much time as you need to get to this color of white.

And when you are ready,

Continue to imagine yourself walking down the path,

Completely a must in a white light that surrounds your whole body.

And walk towards the color that you chose of clarity.

One foot in front of the other.

Right left,

Right left,

Right left.

And with every step you take,

The white light turns into the color of clarity that you chose and becoming brighter and brighter and brighter.

Walking out with a light coloring,

Moving to a medium coloring and moving into the darkest shade of what the color of clarity represents for you.

Giving yourself as much time as you need to move into the color of clarity until the idea and the color of doubt is no longer even imaginable in your meditation.

Moving into clarity.

Feeling into that where you are clear.

Sitting here in that color and allowing yourself to feel it throughout all of your body.

Moving into the imaginary you that you are imagining.

To the you that is sitting here in meditation listening to the sound of my voice.

And if any doubt still remains,

I ask you now to breathe into it.

Breathing into the inhale,

The color of clarity.

And breathing out the color of doubt.

Breathing in the color of clarity.

And breathing out the color of doubt.

Breathing in the color of clarity.

And breathing out the color of doubt.

Breathing as long as you need.

And breathing all of the energy of clarity into your actual body here.

Feeling that color of clarity radiating all of you.

All of your real person that is listening to this meditation.

Continuing to breathe in and out.

Feeling more clear,

Feeling more love,

Feeling more peace,

Trusting into your guidance system,

Allowing your higher self to guide you.

Now you feel no more doubt,

No more fear,

No more reasons.

You are free.

Breathing in,

Taking one more deep breath in.

And through the nose for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Holding 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And breathing out for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And back into your body,

Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Staying here for as long as you need.

And when you are ready,

Opening up your eyes,

Moving your body,

Feeling more clear,

Refreshed,

More love,

More peace,

And renewed.
