This meditation is called the Stop Meditation.

S-T-O-P.

We spell out the word stop and follow along using each of the letters as a reminder of how to do the meditation.

So the S,

The first letter,

Starts with stop.

It's recursive.

Stopping.

So just taking a moment to consider what it means to stop right where you are.

There can be a lot of impulses to do this,

Do that,

Go,

Go,

Go.

And this is a hopefully funny reminder that it's okay to stop.

Just for a moment.

Just for the length of this audio recording.

Taking this moment to stop in whatever way that shows up for you.

And then the T in S-T-O-P stands for Tune In to What's Real.

So we started with stopping.

Stop,

Tune In.

Just feel what's going on in your body.

Just feel what's going on in your breathing.

If your mind is racing somehow.
