Gayle Pritchard

Gayle is a mind-body practitioner and facilitator working at the meeting point of nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and compassionate self-inquiry. She helps people ease internal friction and build a steadier, kinder relationship with themselves. With a formal background in holistic mind-body disciplines, she brings a quality of presence and a depth of understanding that goes beyond any single method or framework. Having navigated anxiety from a young age, Gayle eventually reached a point where coping was no longer enough. What followed was a process of learning how to rebuild from the ground up, not through fixing or forcing, but through learning to safely communicate with a dysregulated nervous system and becoming attuned to the body's subtle signals. Her approach is informed by the science of positive neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, and compassionate, IFS-informed inner work, always returning to one thing: guiding listeners towards a steadier, simpler, and more grounded way of being. Gayle's guided meditations here on Insight Timer were created from real experience; these are the practices that supported her, the ones she wishes had existed on her own journey, and now offers to anyone navigating theirs.
