Take a pause with me and reconnect to yourself. This practice is inspired by a core question from the self-compassion framework: What do I need? This session is designed as a practical tool to help you step out of "doing mode" and into a space of grounding and connection with yourself. Using somatic awareness and a simple visualization, I will gently guide you to turn inward and listen without pressure. The practice includes a short period of silence to help you check in with what you need as a human being in this moment, separate from your to-do list. Sometimes we just need to ask the question and create the space to listen.
