Dear one,
And thank you for joining me in this guided astral projection practice.
Today,
We will use the rolling out method to achieve an out-of-body experience in which we can discover a different way of existing as pure energy traveling throughout time and space.
For this session,
Ideally,
Lay down on your back so your body can be totally relaxed,
If the surrounding doesn't allow you.
You can also practice this meditation sitting on your chair.
Let's begin by progressively relaxing our entire body.
Close your eyes and pay attention to this moment.
Focus on the darkness found behind your closed eyelids.
Set the intention within to detach from the noises you can hear in the background.
Kindly discard them and focus all your attention within.
Feel the sensations present inside your body.
Sense your heartbeat,
The movement that your respiration creates within.
Feel if there is any tension in your muscles.
Observe your emotions as well.
What you feel right now is your thoughts coming and leaving your mind.
Start to focus only on your respiration.
Time to your body and mind to enter this practice relaxed with full awareness,
Totally present in this moment.
Breathe in through your nose,
Breathe out through your nose.
Let the tension present on your face.
Be aware of the tightness you feel within your forehead,
Eyes.
Observe it without any opinion whatsoever and then try to relax your face.
On the next breath in,
Tense all the muscles present on your face.
Squeeze each part for a few seconds and as you exhale,
Relax your face completely.
Feel each muscle loosening up.
Try doing it again with full awareness and intention.
Breathe in,
Squeeze your entire face,
Breathe out and relax.
Relax your jaw and tongue,
Relax your cheeks,
Loosen up your entire forehead.
Allow any tension here to dissolve completely.
Continue to breathe deeply through your nose and into your abdomen.
Relax your neck and the top of your back along with your shoulders.
Breathe in and as you let all the air out,
Release the tension you gathered here.
Begin to relax your hands as well,
On your palms and fingers.
Breathe in and tense the muscles in your arms.
Squeeze your fists and as you breathe out,
Relax your arms entirely without any control over your fingers.
Feel them dropping and relaxing in a natural position.
Continue to relax your entire torso,
Relax your chest and your abdomen.
Breathe deep within,
Breathe out and allow these parts to relax through each breath.
Allow your mind and body to surrender to this state of relaxation.
Feel yourself more focused and present within.
As you breathe in and out,
Travel your awareness down to your legs.
Feel the tightness present within your thighs,
Calves,
Toes.
Repeat the technique and squeeze them as you breathe in.
On your breath out,
Allow them to drop and relax.
Feel each muscle loosening up.
Feel your entire body relaxing.
Be aware of how you felt when you first positioned yourself here and the way you feel now.
Observe your muscles.
If there are any other thoughts present for your mind,
As you are focused on your breath and fully present within your physical body,
Breathe in,
Allow your body to drop heavier into its posture.
Move your thoughts now.
Begin slowly to consciously observe your thoughts,
So you can let them go and unwind your mind.
Notice any thought that comes and as you find yourself in it,
Return your mind kindly to your breath meditation and body.
Acknowledge that thoughts will always come.
What truly matters is the way we treat them,
Not to shut them down,
But accept them and rear them as much as we can.
So,
Start now to detach yourself from the overthinking patterns and be present in this meditation with each breath in and out.
Begin to visualize yourself through your mind's eye.
Picture your body in this present moment,
In this precise posture,
In this exact environment.
Visualize yourself through your third eye and with your heart,
As you breathe deep within your abdomen and then extend your inhale into your chest.
You begin to see a spiral of light coming down from above.
On each breath in,
You absorb it within your body.
See this beautiful light going down into the top of your head,
Throughout your neck and chest,
Dropping down gently into your abdomen,
Through your legs and exiting through the soles of your feet,
Down into Mother Earth,
That gently pushes it up beside your physical body and sends it back to the source above.
Take the time to visualize this perfect circuit,
Creating a light channel within your body and a perfect sphere around you.
Begin to see your body brightening up completely as your surroundings start to disappear,
Dissolving into thousands of atoms,
Leaving you floating peacefully into the void.
See yourself floating here,
As a light body within a sphere of pure bright energy,
Connected to the source existing high above.
With each breath in,
The sphere,
Your light vehicle,
Starts spinning faster and faster.
Continue to be conscious of the posture of your physical body.
Focus your awareness back on your three-dimensional self.
Visualize yourself.
Extend now your body over.
Visualize yourself doing it,
If it helps,
But be aware that your intention is the strongest.
Breathe in and feel yourself rolling out of your body.
Take a second and tell yourself,
As I roll out,
I will begin my astral projection.
Visualize yourself rolling over,
Or if you are standing on your chair,
Feel yourself gently curling up and rolling out of your chair.
Keep practicing this rolling out technique,
Till you actually feel like rolling,
And then entering an out-of-body experience.
Start with your intention.
Tell your mind this affirmation,
As I roll out,
I begin my astral projection.
As I roll out,
I begin my astral projection.
Visualize your body as light,
Standing precisely in the same posture as your physical body is sitting in.
Intention and presence.
Take a deep breath and roll yourself over.
Feel this action as your body would actually roll.
Visualize your light body rolling out of your physical body.
Repeat this,
Till you feel yourself projecting into the astral realm.
Be patient with this experience.
Practice and observe the evolution each time.
Trust this process.
The perfect moment,
Your out-of-body experience will take place.
It will come the moment when you will not feel your body anymore,
And as you roll out,
Your consciousness will begin traveling within other dimensions.
Be patient.
Set your intention each time.
When you are done,
And you want to return,
Visualize your body sitting in the exact same posture you left it.
Intend to enter your consciousness back into your physical body,
And begin to wake it up with love and total awareness.
Try not to rush this important part of astral projection.
Sense the way you feel.
Take the time to integrate this experience,
And set the intention to keep this state of being deep within.
Give yourself time to accommodate back within your body with slow movements.
Bring your awareness within,
And return to this material realm.
Begin with gentle and slow movements into your fingers.
Little by little,
Detach your palms from the surface that supports them,
And bring them in front of your eyes without touching your face.
Keep them here for a few deep breaths,
And when you are ready,
Begin to open your eyes slowly behind your palms,
And return to this realm.
