Throughout the following session, we will take the time to relax our physical bodies and quiet down our thoughts, slowly preparing ourselves for a profound journey into the astral realm. A place where we will become more conscious of our subtle bodies and the unseen part of life. A realm where we perceive with different kinds of senses than the ones we are used to in this material plane.

Welcome,

Divine Soul,

And thank you for joining me in this powerful guided meditation.

Throughout the following session,

We will take the time to relax our physical bodies and quiet down our thoughts,

Slowly preparing ourselves for a profound journey into the astral realm,

A place where we will become more conscious of our subtle bodies and the unseen part of life,

A realm where we perceive with different kinds of senses than the ones we are used to in this material plane.

By the end of this practice,

You will learn an astral projection technique called the Silva Method,

Which will teach you one of the ways to detach your spirit,

Your consciousness,

From the physical body and travel through space and time with your astral body.

Begin by planting yourself in a comfortable position.

If you choose to sit in a high lotus meditation posture,

Place your palms on your knees and relax your elbows.

If you are laying down on your bed,

Position one hand on your abdomen and the other over your heart center.

Our hands are a portal of energy.

By placing them on ourselves,

We are guiding the energy to flow within smoothly.

Try not to move throughout the entire time of this practice.

Conserve all your energy,

Breathe and find stillness within.

If any kind of body sensation,

Itchy feeling comes,

Kindly discard it.

Continue to focus on your breath and observe it slowly going away without having to move a finger.

Your mind may want to change your focus many times till the end of the meditation.

So each time this happens,

Remember to gently come back to your breath.

Breathe deep through your nose and into your belly.

Allow each exhale to loosen up all the tension gathered within.

Slowly,

Become more conscious of your posture.

Bring your awareness to the spots where your body meets the ground.

Feel the way you are supported beneath and try to sink deeper into these spots.

Begin to visualize yourself standing tall in the middle of a beautiful green forest.

Have the intention to release what no longer serves your higher good and begin to ground yourself deeper into Mother Earth.

Picture the soles of your feet growing roots that start traveling down into the darkness of the Earth's core.

Inhale and as you exhale,

Allow your body to drop heavier and heavier into the ground as an anchor.

Remember your intention as you breathe deeply only through your nose and into your abdomen.

Gently begin to relax each muscle.

Allow your shoulders to drop down from your ears.

Release all the tightness present here through the power of your exhale.

Breathe out.

Loosen up your forehead.

Eyebrows.

Allow your eyes and temples to rest.

Relax your cheeks,

Jawline and tongue.

Relax your entire face.

Breathe in and out.

Slowly guide your awareness to your shoulders,

Elbows,

Hands and relax them even more.

Observe the sensations present through your hands.

Take a little time to concentrate on your palms and your fingers.

Sense the subtle pulsating rhythm traveling through them.

Feel the vibration and warmness existing within.

Breathe profoundly and travel your attention into your lower body through your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Feet and toes.

Relax each part deeper and deeper with each breath out.

Focus on the soles of your feet.

Take this brief moment to feel the present vibrations traveling through them.

Now as your physical body is more relaxed,

Bring all your awareness to your breath.

Inhale deep through your nose into your abdomen.

Be aware of each movement created by your inhale and exhale.

Feel the motion your breath brings to your body.

Breathe in and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Slowly become more conscious of your mind pattern.

Are there any thoughts traveling throughout your mind right now?

Observe what comes through your head.

Try not to lose yourself inside a thought.

Instead be aware of its existence and let it go.

Take your time to watch your thoughts come and go for a while.

You are now an observer to your mind without judgment,

Without any opinion or emotion regarding your thought.

Try to acknowledge its presence and then gently allow it to leave.

Each time a thought comes,

Focus your attention on it.

Breathe it in.

And as you breathe out,

Visualize your head releasing it out as a wave.

Through the power of intention,

Visualization and breath,

Begin to quiet down your mind and clear your thoughts.

Inhale deep through your nose and have the intention to exhale through your third eye.

And all the thoughts leaving your mind through this powerful center.

Visualize them as energy waves exiting your head and dissolving into stardust at the end of the universe.

Unwind your mind.

Breathe in.

And out.

Now as you slowly begin to lose the sense of your body,

Allow yourself to float gently into the void.

Feel a peaceful state of being coming down on you.

Picture yourself meditating on a white lotus flower floating into pure light.

Nothing else is present around you.

It is just you in the middle of an endless universe of pure,

Bright light.

Feel the state of serenity taking you into a loving embrace,

Welcoming you.

Begin to visualize yourself in a sphere of light.

Allow the energy present here to flow within your aura through each subtle body,

Connecting you more to your astral body as your physical one stands still as an anchor.

Take this brief moment to absorb the pure white energy surrounding you.

Connect yourself to the source.

Picture a pillar of light coming down on you from high above,

Gently entering your aura,

Charging your sphere more with each breath in.

Visualize tiny streams of light traveling within your aura,

Entering each subtle body and reaching your physical one.

As you breathe in deeply,

Your body absorbs more light and transforms into a bright light body,

Becoming one with the source.

Feel these high frequency vibrations taking over your entire self.

Surrender to this pure energy.

Write this state of being deep within as we begin our astral journey.

Now as I begin to count down from three to one,

Visualize each number on a white orb hovering in the air above your head.

When I reach the third and final one,

Your body will be deeply relaxed.

You will have no awareness of any physical sensations.

You will not perceive any physical discomfort.

Your consciousness will be focused on your astral body.

Repeat after me and tell yourself.

As I reach the third and final one,

My body will be deeply relaxed.

I will have no awareness of any physical discomfort.

My consciousness will be focused on my astral body.

Let's begin.

Visualize a white orb suspended above your head.

Mentally focus on the orb.

Feel the number three on the face of the orb.

The numbers can be any color with round or pointed corners.

They may vary with each experience and vibration.

Allow them to manifest as they want.

Visualize the number three three times.

Now,

There are three number threes on the orb.

Your body is completely relaxed.

You are losing awareness of your physical body.

Now,

Visualize the number two on the face of the orb.

Allow it to take any color it wants.

Picture three number twos on the orb.

You are now falling into a greater relaxation,

Deprived of all senses.

Now,

Visualize the number one transforming into three number ones floating on the orb.

You are losing awareness of physical sensations.

Your consciousness will be in your astral body.

We will repeat together this last step.

Picture the number one on the face of the orb floating in the air above your head.

Allow yourself to detach.

Lose all the awareness over the physical realm.

Now,

Three number ones are present on the orb.

You have no awareness of any physical sensations.

Your consciousness is focused on your astral body.

And the last time,

Picture the one on the face of the orb.

They transform into three number ones.

Your consciousness is now in your astral body.

As you discover the astral realm,

The key is to remain conscious while the physical body rests.

It may be the case that some thoughts will come,

Trying to pull you out of your focus.

Our minds love to chatter,

Especially in these moments.

So with kindness,

Try to quiet down your mind and slowly push all the thoughts away.

Having an out-of-body experience takes practice.

Give yourself the needed time to meditate and exercise this astral projection technique.

After a while,

You will find yourself meditating deep outside your physical body,

Journeying through different astral realms and discovering the true essence of yourself,

Your authentic self,

Your soul.

For the following minutes of this session,

Take the time to relax even more and practice a special technique.

When you are ready to come back,

Without opening your eyes,

Slowly move your fingers,

Neck and feet.

Gently,

Bring a little movement into your entire physical body and conserve the energy by keeping your eyelids shut a little longer.

When you feel like it,

Cover your eyes with your hands and without focusing,

Look between your fingers and slowly come back to this realm.

For a long time I felt an ache in my right shoulder, ignoring it as best as I could. "Suddenly" it was all gone and I was floating in the blackness. This feels like Silva and Dispenza in one.πŸ™πŸ’š

I fell asleep during the guided part, woke up when the talking stopped, and then drifted somewhere between sleep and wake as the music continued. I’d like to try again when I’m less likely to fall asleep but it was pleasant drifting off.

Wow loved the way you got me deep so quickly , i seemed to leave my body but things were not clear but blurry. I could not seem to focus , my eyes πŸ‘€ seemed to want to open when I tried to focus. I suppose I will learn to focus because I have taken to Astral in a big way . Anyway , I love your work , it’s clear that you put a lot of effort into these creations, please keep your enthusiasm and passion . How about a Astral meditation with the background sound being the strong sound of an old train?
