Hello there and welcome to this astral projection recorder.
Tonight I'll be leading you through the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.
First then let us set the scene.
Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without distractions.
Your bedroom is ideal.
On your bed lights out.
But equally you could lie on your couch in the living room or in a reclining chair in your office.
Wherever you think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.
So I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that.
When my voice returns shortly the session will begin.
In today's session we'll be using breathwork to induce an astral projection experience.
It'll be a meditation of sorts that gradually evolves into something much more.
And so to start I want you to take some deep controlled breaths.
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose.
Holding the breath for a few seconds at the peak.
Then exhaling slowly through your nose and repeat.
Focusing solely on the rhythm of the breath.
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose.
Holding the breath for a few seconds at the peak.
Then exhaling slowly through your nose.
Keep on doing this on your own now and my voice will return shortly.
Now as you establish a steady breathing pattern begin to visualize the air you take in as pure luminous energy.
Carrying with it a profound sense of calm and relaxation.
Each breath brings you down towards the base layer of your consciousness.
Pure and unadulterated.
And it's here where later on you'll springboard into your astral projection experience.
In this baseline state free from earthly distractions.
And so for the time being continue focusing on your breath and my voice will return soon.
You're still breathing deeply.
It's rhythmic,
Steady and reliable.
The breath is always there for you.
Doing its thing whether you're conscious of it or not.
And with each inhalation you visualize this brilliant energy flowing through your body.
Coming in through your nose and then spreading through every nook and cranny.
Relaxing and loosening every muscle and nerve along its path.
Trust in the purifying nature of the breath.
And trust in your ability to relax.
I'll be silent for a while now and let you do this on your own.
Anchoring your full attention on the breath.
You're feeling supremely relaxed.
Supremely focused.
And now you shift your focus from the breath to the space between your eyebrows.
Your internal world.
Your inner eye.
Imagine this area as a center of energy and consciousness.
And know that,
In a very real sense,
It is.
Envision a glowing sphere or a radiant light forming within this space.
And then expanding.
Concentrate on this vision growing brighter and brighter with each breath.
And my voice will return shortly.
Your internal world is now coming to life with the help of the breath.
Each time you breathe the vision matures that little bit more.
A bit more light.
A bit more vividness.
A bit more detail.
Let this process unfold.
Naturally.
At its own pace.
And eventually,
Know that the glowing sphere or radiant light will take up your entire vision.
And my voice will return soon.
You've never felt so relaxed.
Lying or sitting here now.
Supported by the breath.
Supported by the strength of your internal world.
Your awareness of the breath is maintained.
Your awareness of the visualization is maintained.
You gradually spread your focus to a third thing too.
The idea of detachment.
Detachment from your physical body.
The beginning of your astral projection experience is,
Softly coming into focus.
It's here that you begin to picture yourself.
Lifting up of your body.
As if gently being pulled by an invisible force.
And just like you did with the previous one.
Give life to what you're seeing.
Infuse it with intent.
With love.
And know that,
In time,
What starts as mere vision,
Will become reality.
Remember,
This technique requires patience,
Practice,
And an open mind.
Astral projection experiences can differ greatly from person to person,
So it's important to approach it with a relaxed and open attitude.
Allowing room for your own personal signature.
Take now as an example.
What are you experiencing?
Some experience vibrations at this point.
Some experience a sense of floating or rolling out of the body.
Others merely experience a shift in perception.
Whatever you're experiencing now,
Trust that this is the path you're meant to be on.
And continue along it,
Letting it lead you.
Continue letting go.
Detaching from the sensations of the physical body.
And instead,
Focusing on lifting up.
Up.
Each minute brings you closer to final detachment.
You're right on the cusp now.
Deeply relaxed.
Almost detached.
And ready to make the final shift.
There will come a moment where you'll feel that definitive sense of separation.
That definitive sense of shift.
That moment feels slightly different for everyone.
But when it comes,
You'll surely recognize it.
When it does,
You can begin to explore the environment around you,
Moving freely through it,
And focusing your intent on any goals or desires you want to pursue.
What will you glean from this experience,
I wonder?
Perhaps an expanded sense of awareness.
One that you'll take back with you to waking life.
Or some sort of spiritual insight,
Maybe.
Or perhaps you'll feel less anxious about death.
About mortality.
Who knows?
The benefits to astral projection are truly endless.
We each glean something slightly different from it.
But almost invariably,
Something will be gleaned.
For now then,
I'll bid you farewell,
As you no longer need my guidance.
You are off and away.
To the people that didn't separate this time,
Don't be disheartened.
Just let yourself fall asleep now.
And come back to our channel another time.
And try again.
Keep on persevering.
And eventually,
You will find success.
