As you begin to move slowly and quietly,
Begin to open your awareness to the different sounds that are near and far,
While noticing how each of these allow your inner spaces to feel.
Noticing the sounds that are close by and those further in the distance.
Noticing their connection to your inner world.
Now set the intention to open to the space that you're currently in and to release anything that is keeping you from your highest good.
And now begin to look for a place where you can sit or stand in stillness.
Start to move towards that space.
Start to deepen your breath.
Breathing in slowly and sighing out any of your stories.
Slowly breathing in,
Waking up all of your inner world.
Slow exhale,
Let go.
Release.
Once you find your space,
Begin to root down to the soles of your feet or your pelvic floor.
Feel that connection.
And then begin to gather your awareness around your heart as you try to imagine that your breath can move through that space and warm it all up.
With each long exhalation,
Sighing it out,
Trying to feel your awareness traveling through the spine and out through the legs into the earth.
Again,
Breathing in through the heart as if you can warm up that space by simply paying attention and imagining the breath moving through the heart.
As you lengthen your exhalation,
See if you can take your awareness down the spine,
Through the legs and into the earth.
Release,
Let go.
Again,
Continue this pattern of breathing,
Choosing to feel awareness through the heart.
And as you exhale,
Inviting awareness to go back down the spine,
Through the legs and into the earth.
Whatever is keeping you from your highest good,
You're choosing to release that with your exhalation.
Inhale deeply through the warmth of your heart.
Sigh it out,
Taking awareness down the spine,
Through the legs and into the earth.
Let it go.
Inhale,
Warmth of your heart.
Sigh it out.
Let it go.
Inhale,
Warmth of your heart.
Light it up.
Feel the radiant energy around the heart.
Sigh it out.
Enjoy releasing it through the spine,
Giving it to the earth.
A few more rounds at your own pace.
Let go of the stories.
No need for analysis.
Feel yourself breathing in the nourishing energy of the space that you're in.
And then feel yourself releasing tension,
Letting go of rigidity as you slowly exhale.
Let it go.
Let it go.

Either wiggling through the fingers or letting the spine move gently.

For the resonance you've created with the nature that's around you.
That has allowed you to reconnect with your true nature.

And then taking these last few moments to notice any shifts within your inner world.
Maybe sensing this new spaciousness.
The subtle channels from within.
Where power sings as it flows through these subtle channels.
