This practice begins by slowing down the breath in order to create a deeper sense of balance and ease. We then shift into a concentration practice where we begin to cultivate equanimity and eventually into a loving kindness or metta practice. It was recorded during a weekly mindfulness community call and can be practiced seated upright or laying down.
