Franci Blanco has been passionately sharing the practices of mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and yoga with since 2017 because these practices helped her feel more purposeful, stress resilient, and fulfilled. Her teachings are geared toward those who are interested in the science of these practices, those who think they have "no time," as well as those who prefer a secular style of meditation. She has hosted several international yoga and meditations retreats that gave back to charities in the cities the retreats took place. She feels passionate about sharing yoga and meditation's ability to help us feel healthier in mind and body and she is on a mission to shake the world in a gentle way.
