
Radiant Being
This short guided practice is intended to help you access and acknowledge the brilliance of your inner being as well as support you to feel connected to all of life. The more we acknowledge that we are beings of light with a unique gift and a unique place in the grand scheme of all that is, the more harmony and balance we create.
Script
Hello my dear.
This guided meditation is to help you feel into and recognize the amazing,
Radiant being that you are.
Just take a few moments and settle.
As you settle,
Finding the most comfortable position for you at this time.
Take a deep relaxing breath in.
Gently and slowly breathing out.
Take another deep breath in and hold it slightly.
And then release it softly in a sigh.
Now allowing your breath to go to its natural,
Deep rhythm.
Breathing in fully and gently and slowly breathing out.
Allowing your body to be at ease.
Feeling soft and pliable.
You are safe and you feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper with each slow rhythmic breath.
And now bring your awareness to your heart area.
Breathing in pure,
Crystal white light into your heart center.
Feel your heart expanding with this high vibrational light.
Expanding outward into infinity.
Bask in this pure essence.
Absorb its color.
Its texture.
Its sound.
Feel the effect this light has on your body.
Open yourself up even more.
Enabling your body to absorb even more of this pure,
Radiant,
Blissful energy.
Open yourself up even more.

You are permeated throughout as you recognize you are a radiant being of light.
You move and dance and sing gently and flowingly in harmony with all of life.
In awe,
You stand and observe that you are life itself.
You are pure love.
There is an eternal connection wherein you are all that is.
Feel the joy that bubbles up and washes over your entire being.
Bringing you into a state of bliss.
Bliss eternal,
True and pure.
Bring yourself back very gently.
Breathe a deep breath in and sigh it out softly.
Become aware of your body and your surroundings.
When you are ready,
Tenderly,
Gently opening your eyes.
