I want to welcome you all to this guided meditation.

Fear or love,

Rediscover yourself within your heart.

In this modern world we have become prisoners of our own minds.

The voice of doubt pulls us closer towards fear and further away from love.

Today I will be guiding you through the labyrinth of your mind into your heart.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Gently close your eyes.

Feel yourself relax.

Feel the tension in the muscles releasing.

Feel the skin of your scalp relaxing.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your tongue.

Relax your eyebrows.

Relax your forehead.

Allow your shoulders to drop down slowly.

Release the tension from your forearms.

Allow your sit bones to sink into the earth grounding you.

Let go of all the unnecessary heaviness you carry.

Let it go.

Let it all go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Now bring awareness to your breath.

Observe your chest rise and fall as you hear my voice softly in the background of your mind.

Imagine yourself laying down on your back on top of a hill on a warm summer night gazing at the infinite sky and glowing stars.

The sky and stars remind you of when you were a young child,

A dreamer walking through this world.

When your sincere heart believed anything was possible.

I want you to hold on to that feeling as it plays a song in your heart.

Do not think only feel and listen to my voice.

Feel.

Feel the inner child dancing.

Feel the wind blowing against your skin.

Feel the wind blowing against your skin.

Your mind is now calm resting under the dark blue sky.

Your body is weightless.

As it was as a child.

Your golden heart is filled with joy and gratitude.

Your golden heart shows you there is never anything missing.

Whenever you feel lost on this journey we call life,

Seek within your golden heart.

Seek within your golden heart.

Seek within your heart.

It is the home of all answers.

Your mind is drifting away.

Let go of who you think you are or who you think you should be.

Feel.

Feel and let go.

Feel and let go.

Life is feeling and only by feeling can we be free from the mind.

Feel and let go.

Observe from a distance as you see the ones you love smiling.

Your friends,

Family and the ones who are no longer present.

They are all part of your essence as you are part of theirs.

In your heart is where love resides.

You are free to feel,

To be in this space where love lives.

Always remember you are the dreamer of your own life.

You are special.

You are worthy.

You are loved.

You are free.

You are free.

For the next three minutes allow yourself to drift away.

Allow yourself to drift away like a feather in the wind.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.

Drift away.
