Soul Journey

Bring your awareness to the space.

Sometimes if you create a mind-body connection like your hands,

You place your hands in the same place on your chest or on your belly,

Or you hold them or drain your hands.

But if you find a little signal that says,

Okay,

Now I'm going to rest,

And that signal is a mind-body connection,

Then you absolutely surrender into it.

So as you come into the space and you hold the energy around,

You see the energy as if it is a part,

A beautiful part of energy around you.

See you safe.

Extend that energy part around your whole home and your whole property.

And feel how you're being held here,

That you are safe and loved and protected.

Angels in the space guiding and caring,

Looking out for you.

And we just send this light out like a radiant light,

See it as your heart,

And connect into that cord that you know so well as compassion,

This immense capacity for kindness and understanding and empathy.

And feel like it is really well and truly holding in those energy frequencies,

That I can feel and sense and I feel compassion,

But I also hold this beautiful energy of allowing and trusting and honoring that every single being is here on purpose.

There is no mistake.

And every single experience that everyone is having is exactly the experience that they said they would take on,

That they would show up and that they would hold that space.

And feel how easy it is then for you to hold your space with no burden of obligation,

No burden of responsibility,

But a deep honoring that every soul is having its perfect journey.

And it truly becomes perfect when we don't play in it and think that we have the answers.

The only answer that we can ever hold is love,

Unconditional love.

And imagine that you can hold that energy now,

This energy of unconditional love.

Everyone is having the perfect experience and within it,

They have perfect points of growth.

We imagine what perfect points of growth look like if we were to see a tree and we see a branch and from that branch comes a smaller outward limb.

And then we see the twigs and it continues to grow and grow and grow and extend from its root ground itself.

And every time it separates and sends out another pulse of life into the branch,

Into the twig,

Into the finer,

Finer twigs at the end.

Each and every point there is an opportunity for immense growth.

It's a decision to split away from that branch and to create a whole new branch,

The possibility of a whole new limb,

A new life,

A new source of life.

And see yourself as having done that.

See yourself as one of those pivotal growing points in the existence of you and that you took a great leap of faith and took yourself off the branch knowing that you could grow something that is of great benefit and beauty.

And see yourself choosing that and see the points where all those little nodes are along a tree's branch as possibilities,

Choice points for every other being.

We all have these points of choice and we can either choose to move towards them or not.

And if we choose not in this life journey,

It's okay.

But it truly is the most magnificent gift if we do choose these and honor you and the awareness that you are able to hold even though,

Even though.

Honor you for taking this decision to take a point and grow through it and to give that access to yourself and know that because you gave that to you,

There is a whole new branch and from that next little node is the next life that will come through you.

And the possibilities are endless and the tree grows and it shows and reveals its magnificent canopy because of all these growth points.

See how we can flourish and how this tree provides shade and nourishment sometimes.

It provides a home and a rest point.

It provides beauty and air and life force.

So much is created when we step into the possibilities of creation and feel like you are absolutely holding that energy and that right now in this moment,

You can claim this as being the choice that you have made which is in alignment with your divine and sacred agreement.

Bring your awareness to your solar plexus and hold the energy there.

And as you breathe into this point,

Bring a deep sense of comfort to you,

Your mind and your body.

Thank your being for being able to center and connect to the center and hold the sacred point,

The solar plexus with great love and great honor.

And you remembered what it is that you said you would be part of.

And because you have held onto that memory and that memory has held onto you,

The pathway is opening up more and more for you to fulfill this journey inside of that path and that choice.

Allow yourself to feel a really strong energy of claiming it as if you could stand in your absolute truth and claim this like placing a rod,

A beam of light,

A sign upon the earth and impressing it into the earth.

Claim this,

I hold this.

Feel how strong it is,

An unwavering determined.

The stronger you can hold this as a signpost,

The easier it is for those who are traveling behind us to find those signposts and find their way.

So as you hold and claim this energy and with great love and gratitude to those who are not holding that energy like that,

Who are still within a space where they are holding the energy of dependence,

Reliance,

Neediness,

Who believe that this is the safest and the only alternative.

They cannot see the options and they cannot be creative in finding new ways and new pathways.

And imagine that you can open up this compassionate,

Loving heart of yours and thank them so dearly for holding that stance with such great determination.

We thank those who hold these opposing thoughts because they give us the most incredible reflection of contrast and without us seeing what it's like to not choose.

If we did not have that reflection,

We would have great difficulty choosing.

We really wouldn't know what it is that we were to choose.

When we see something that we say to ourselves that is not for me,

I cannot do it that way.

Instead of judging and being sad for the other,

Shaming or blaming or self recriminations,

Whatever game we decide to play with it instead of playing any of the games,

Instead we simply look at what is being presented to us and we open up this gracious heart and we say to that being from our soul to their soul,

Thank you,

Thank you for standing in that position so that I could see.

So that I would remember what it is that I was to choose.

Thank you for holding that space as a guiding post.

I see what it is that you've been holding.

I understand and I honor you for taking that stance and I honor you for your determination and your strength of holding yourself there so that I could see,

I see now.

And when we claim that we have seen it and we understand it and we don't need any more performing to see it,

To inform this form,

No more performing to inform the form,

Then what we do in this exact moment,

We release them from having to stand there and show the way or show the way not.

We release them from that job.

Then as they are released energetically,

They can choose whether they wish to continue to stand there or not.

And some will for the entire journey,

They will take the stance that they chose to do because we forget that we have free will and we can change direction at any time.

And for those who steadfastly stand inside of their role,

We thank them dearly and we release them to their life and their journey and the fulfillment of their karmic debt.

We release them to it.

And we imagine that they are completing something that we might have no idea what it is.

And we make peace with that.

We bring a deep peace into our own heart.

Let that heart peace come into you now.

It's perfectly okay.

Perfectly okay.

That those around me are in the position that they are in.

It is perfectly generously wonderful of them to be in that position because I know exactly where I would choose to be and what I would choose for me and for those that come behind me.

Honor you,

Your vision and the clarity of the thought and honor them for their ability to stand and hold and come back and honor you again for seeing it and valuing it and feel in this exact moment that we can release all shame and guilt and judgment.

We can release self persecution and we can also release self betrayal because we will not betray ourselves and our vision so that we can make another feel that they are not alone.

That we will choose the place that is the higher frequency no matter what because the healing comes through us choosing bring your awareness to your heart.

Hold this energy of passion and compassion and think about your laughter and think how easily you laugh and how happily you laugh and think about that energy of laughing and sharing and kindness and enjoyment.

That energy that is expansive and opens others hearts that even when they're not with you that they can hear your laughter in their own being and think about that as energy that is generating as a memory,

As a thought and a feeling and a simple expression of our own delight filled with the divine light.

Our willingness to hold divine light becomes the gift that is relayed to another and it is held in their memory and their sensory system.

You can hear the laughter of one that you love if you just listen right now into your soul and you think of that laughter and it brings a smile into your heart and it brings a deep sense of love and connection and gratitude and that laughter comes when we choose and we are in alignment and we are seeking creatively to be in our highest space to create it and to hold it.

That beautiful energy.

The longer you can hold this,

The stronger you can hold this,

The greater the energy ripples that are created.

See these washing over your family.

This energy of happiness together,

Kindness,

Cooperation,

Collaboration,

The sense of community and think about what it is that we so ask for,

That we call for with all our heart,

We call for peace and harmony and love,

Compassion.

We call for grace and mercy,

Generosity.

Think of all the things that we call for,

That this heart is calling for so dearly,

Dearly and hold those in your heart.

Hold them as your absolute inner compass of truth.

I am this harmony.

I am this peace.

I am this compassion.

I am this happiness.

I am this love.

And you claim the energy.

We see it centering right through you,

Strong,

Formidable.

In your form,

We are completely able and we are harnessing the ability of our form to hold energy.

And as energy creates,

The branch at that growth point creates a new branch,

A new little beginning,

Which grows.

It is beyond words wonderful.

And it can only happen if we decide that we wish to take this whole new journey and to grow in a whole new direction and use what it is that we have known and been given from the branch from which we came.

Think carefully about what it is that we would love to bring into our own growth and what it is that we can easily,

Lovingly,

Generously leave behind.

What a wonderful gift for all new life and growth points and expand from this,

May this be the gift.

Hold this gift in your heart.

Remember who you are,

Divine being,

A divine being of light and love.

Just keep remembering who you are.

Think about your throat and claiming it with every breath and every step,

Walking in that absolute strength,

Purposefulness,

Confidence,

Bringing that in,

That's beautiful.

Opening up your higher awareness,

Your imagination and your creative energy field,

Expanding your electromagnetic field to draw towards you and I lovingly and graciously allow for that.

Feel how freeing that is for your own energy system.

Feel the strength of yourself and then we gently allow ourselves to bring our awareness back to this time and this place,

Taking a deep breath in.

Thank your body and the space that is holding you and allow yourself to go into a deeper restful space now so that when you wake up in the morning,

You can become more aware of yourself and feel the strength of your body and in the morning you can be completely revitalized,

Refreshed and holding this energy in your system.
