This is Jess with Jess Be Inspired.
And today's meditation is a brief guided meditation to help you activate,
Balance,
And align your heart chakra.
I hope that this meditation serves you well and keeps you staying inspired.
Begin by slowly breathing in through your nose and gently letting that breath go out through your mouth.
And on this next inhale,
If you can,
Close your eyes and get settled in,
Breathing in through your nose and gently letting that breath go out through your mouth.
And now we're going to just continue into a long cycle of deep breathing.
Just two times together by slowly breathing in for the count of five and exhaling that breath out for the count of six.
Let's begin breathing in for the count of five and gently letting that breath go to the count of six.
And one last time,
Slowly breathing in for the count of five and gently letting that breath go to the count of six.
And now just letting your breath float and flow in and out around your heart.
By bringing your physical awareness to your heart,
Breathing in to your heart and feeling that breath go into your chest.
And gently letting that go.
Breathing more love into your heart,
Feeling it physically in your chest and gently letting that go.
And now allowing yourself to release any emotions that are just not aligning with your heart in this precious,
Sacred moment.
Just breathing in those emotions and letting that weight just lift a little out of your heart.
Breathing that in and feeling that weight just leave your heart just for this moment.
Breathing that in one last time and gently letting that weight just go.
And now I want you to think of a loving thought that you would like to bring into your heart in this moment.
Just one loving thought that you would like to bring into your heart.
And as you breathe in this loving thought,
I want you to visualize a beautiful green color energy swirling around your heart and swirling around this thought.
Taking a little less than a minute here,
Seeing that green energy swirl around your heart and the thought breathing into it and out of it.
Breathing in that thought and that green color energy and I want you to go ahead and take that thought even further by planting it like an intention in your heart chakra now.
How can this thought be an intention that helps to serve your heart?
Letting that thought become this intention,
Breathing that in and gently letting that go out through your heart.
One last time,
Breathing that in and gently letting that go.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can begin to open your eyes,
Opening your heart.
And I hope that this meditation served you well.
