Super helpful but the gender binary was a bit distracting 🙈

Thank you for such wisdom. I am experiencing difficult emotions & relationships with my dysfunctional family. I’ve had to end relations with some of them. This meditation helped me to think about what was good in the past rather than the present pain.

it was a pleasure to be a part of the experienc. a great point of view with stitching up good qualities and cutting away what is no longer needed, knowing the next relationship I will look for that and make a boundary of what I need and want this is what I learnt from the past relationships. the only thing I'd ask is if you would add a grounding or awaking to finish the weaving and close the meditation. 🙏🏻 thank you for your kind words and soft secure empathetic tone.

I loved how tender this is. It allowed room to remember the good and bad about the person. Also to see what was added to our lives because we did meet them but to also cut away the bad as we move on with life. Thank you very much ❤

Thank you so much. I cried tears of healing. The sound of the wind was so comforting as well. This helped me focus on the good aspects of the past as well, and how the journey has been mutually transformative. Thank you.

The imperfect, yet beautifully woven tapestry of a long life lived. Thank you for this metaphor. It is so helpful. I will come back to do a little more weaving and trimming.

Terrific imagery about mending the hurts, acknowledging the blessings, and releasing the parts that no longer suit us. (Must say the ending was a little mysterious. I had to look to see if it was over.)

Wow...this was so powerful. I’ve really needed to acknowledge the gifts I’ve received from my ex-husband and this enabled me to make a start on that. Will be returning to this...thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you for reminding me that I am more than enough and that I am lovable just as I am. Thank you for the beautiful blanket metaphor. I highly recommend this to anyone who has experienced breakup.
