James , You captured the feeling and perceptions of what it is like being in the flow in different places like the beach with sounds of ocean waves and the smell of air over sea. Fluffy clouds and driftwood. Flotsam and Jetsom of floating plastic thrown overboard, net gear and floats no longer bobbing. Sandpipers run toward the outgoing tide. Food in holes in the sand. Stream flows from a canyon and fans out into an incoming wave. Also you described flow as you sang a song to a enchanted audience. Thank you.

Hello, that was such an enjoyable little course! I identified with ‘ in the zone / flow’, as I am an artist, and when creating, I find hours go by, for you find you’ve been ‘ in the delightful zone’ where nothing but your present creative piece is.. it a delishous state! Thank you for validating that being in the flow can happen in other places than on the mat. I know when I’m in the flow at work or when I’m feeling creative at home. I’m happiest and most fulfilled when I really embrace those times. It’s good, optimal energy that we, or at least I just do t have all the time. It’s special and when it happens, it’s awesome.
