Loving - Kindness (Metta) For Good Energy

Loving kindness practice is one of many practices in Buddhist tradition. This practice is one of my favorites because it gives me a rush of good energy in a few moments. Also, it is helpful in changing your mood instantly. It also helps in balancing our heart chakra. When we open our heart, we experience more love and a deep and meaningful connection with ourselves and others.
