This mindfulness meditation is designed to help you create an emotional shift at the time when the pattern or habitual behavior usually gets triggered in order to transcend it and replace it with new, empowering ones. When we transcend our habits of thought, emotion, or behavior, we release energy that was previously stored and used in the habitual behavior.  In this way, the energy goes from particle (matter) into wave form (potential) and we have the opportunity to use it for anything that we choose to focus on. The more we interrupt old patterns and habits as they get triggered, the greater our opportunity to create from the quantum field of infinite possibilities.  And the more we choose to connect to consciousness (through meditation), the more possibilities and choices become available to us. In this meditation, you’ll learn how to interrupt a habit and replace it with conscious wisdom, discernment, and creativity.
