Meditation to reduce and manage stress and anxiety.

This meditation is based upon various healing methodologies and principles of hypnosis.

It is designed to help you on the go manage and reduce any symptoms of stress,

Worry or anxiety.

Find a comfortable place and you can either sit or lay down.

And finding this place of comfort,

Begin to let go and relax.

As you let go and relax,

Let your eyes gently close.

Feel the muscles of your face,

Of your eyes relax.

Feel your body relax and soften.

Becoming aware of your breath,

Intending to relax your breath,

To lengthen it comfortably.

Breathing in calm,

Peaceful energy into your body.

Breathing out any stress,

Any tension,

Anxiety.

Feeling your body soften more,

Relax more.

As you intend to let go and relax.

Becoming aware of any area in your body where you feel contraction,

Tension.

And breathing through this space.

Breathing in calm,

Peaceful energy.

Breathing out tension,

Contraction.

Noticing how when you let go and you relax,

The energy in your body flows naturally,

Effortlessly.

Becoming aware of this movement of energy,

Of the freeing of the energy in your body as you let go and relax.

As the body continues to soften,

To relax more,

Become aware of the space of your body in space.

And feel the volume of space that your body occupies in space.

Aware that you're aware of the space of your body.

And the volume of space that it occupies in space.

Letting go,

Relaxing,

Surrendering in this space.

Feel the flows of energy within your body as you relax,

As you let go.

More and more energy releasing,

Being freed from areas of tension,

Contraction.

Allowing you to feel more,

To be more present.

Aware that you're aware of this deep relaxation,

Of this expansive movement outward.

Aware that you're aware in the darkness of space,

Of the space to the front of your body,

To the back,

To the sides,

Above and below.

Aware of this forever unfolding infinite space all around you.

And as you maintain your awareness in this space,

Aware that you're aware.

Bring your awareness in the space of your heart,

At the level of your chest.

And become aware of the space that your heart occupies in space.

Feeling the volume of space,

Of your heart in space.

And in this awareness,

Feeling your heart opening,

Expanding,

As you maintain your awareness in this space,

In space.

Breathing through the space of your heart,

Relaxing.

Breathing in calm,

Peaceful energy.

Breathing out any feeling of contraction,

Tension,

In the area of your heart.

Feeling your heart opening,

Expanding,

With each and every breath.

As you maintain your awareness in the space of your heart,

In space.

Aware of the flows of energy moving into your heart,

More and more energy building there.

Feeling grateful for all of this energy,

And for all of the wonderful feelings,

Sensations,

That you experience in the space of your heart.

And in this state of appreciation,

Of gratitude for this energy,

For the pleasant feeling,

Sensations in this space.

You feel more and more energy,

Continuously building in the space of your heart,

In space.

Opening and expanding your heart more and more.

And in this state of gratitude and wholeness in your heart,

Feeling complete,

Feeling satisfied.

Pleasful,

Happy and joyful.

Become aware of a situation in your life or a person,

A relationship,

Something about yourself.

Something that in the past has caused you pain,

Stress,

Anxiety or worry.

And as you become aware of it,

Intend to remain as open,

Relaxed and grounded in your body as you can.

Choosing from your consciousness to remain grounded,

Relaxed and present as you bring up this problem.

A challenge you've experienced in yourself,

In another,

In a situation,

In your work,

In your health,

In your abundance.

Remaining grounded,

Relaxed and open as you bring it up.

Allowing for the associated memories and emotions to come to the surface,

Bubbling up in the forms of thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations or emotions.

Noticing the tendency in the body to close,

To contract,

To constrict and tense around this challenge,

This problem that you've had.

And choosing again and again in every moment to continuously ground,

Relax and open more.

Noticing the tendency for the heart to close and choosing to keep your heart open,

To maintain your awareness in the space of your heart in space.

And to allow for the flows of energy in your body to continuously build in the space of your heart.

As you mentally face this challenge,

As you let all of the sensations and emotions,

Feelings in your body come up in regards to this challenge or problem.

And in this moment,

Not only are you choosing to love yourself,

To keep your heart open,

You're also choosing to love the problem,

The challenge.

To not become overwhelmed by it,

To not react to it.

To shine the light of pure consciousness and unconditional love onto this challenge,

This problem.

And as you make this choice,

You feel your heart opening more,

Expanding.

You feel your body relaxing and maybe for the first time you realize that it's okay to remain relaxed and grounded,

While something seemingly problematic or challenging is being faced.

No longer resonating with the energy of stress and survival.

Allowing for the energy to continue to flow into your heart.

And from this space of pure consciousness,

Of unconditional love,

Becoming aware of the solution to this problem or challenge.

Seeing this problem or challenge become smaller and smaller.

Having less and less impact influence on how you feel,

On how open your heart can remain.

Choosing to open your heart to possibilities,

To solutions to this problem as you continue to reduce its magnitude with your love,

With your light,

With consciousness.

And as you maintain your awareness in the space of your heart,

Aware that you're aware of all of the energy,

All of the love within your heart.

Resolve any perceived problem or challenge.

Making your heart even more.

And so feel the energy in the space of your heart.

That has now integrated the energy of what used to be a problem or a challenge in your life.

Which is now being transmuted into pure love and consciousness.

Leaving you feeling calm,

Grounded in your body,

Relaxed.

And once again in the space of your heart,

Giving thanks,

Expressing your gratitude,

Your appreciation for the resolution of this problem,

This challenge.

And feeling this infinite energy moving through you.

The energy of love,

Of gratitude,

Of joy moving through you.

From your heart and into each and every cell of your being.

Which are now resonating with the solution to any problem,

Any challenge.

And anchoring that feeling,

That sensation into each and every cell,

So that any time that you feel stress or anxious,

That you project something non-optimal,

You can come back to this space,

To this state.

And let the problem,

The challenge become smaller and smaller.

And become healed through your love,

Through your consciousness.

So that once again you can remember yourself in this state of wholeness,

Of oneness.

Always one with the solution to any problem or challenge.

When you move into the space of your heart.

And you tune into the light of your soul and of pure consciousness.

When you simply let go.

And so with your heart open,

Filled with energy,

With love.

Simply coming back to a new body,

Filled with the energy of love,

Of oneness,

Of wholeness.

Always one with the solution to any prior problem,

Perceived challenge.

And in this body,

You come back to the space that you're in.

Filled with the solutions to any prior problem or challenge.

Always grounded,

Aware.

Feeling deep calm and peace in the space of your body and the space that your body occupies in space.

And with all of your intention and free will,

Choosing to come back to this space,

To this state,

Any time that you wish.

And to remember that this is your natural state of being.
