Ce que vous apprendrez
Life can pull us away from ourselves in small and gradual ways. We say yes when our energy is already stretched, ignore signs that we need rest, compare our progress with other people, or speak to ourselves with more criticism than compassion. Over time, it can become harder to recognise and trust our own inner voice. The Self Trust Challenge: Returning To Yourself is a guided journey designed to help you reconnect with that sense of inner knowing through practical, meaningful daily lessons. Each session combines teaching, reflection, and guided meditation to explore important areas such as healthy boundaries, genuine rest, self compassion, emotional awareness, and trusting your own pace in life. Rather than asking you to become somebody new, this course invites you to notice what may already be present beneath the pressure, expectations, and noise of everyday life. Along the way, you will receive simple actions to bring into your day so that the learning extends beyond the session itself. By the end of the course, you may begin to feel more connected to your own needs, more confident in your choices, and more comfortable walking your own path with greater trust and balance.

Boundaries Are Acts Of Care
In this opening session of The Self Trust Challenge: Returning To Yourself, we explore the idea that boundaries are not walls that push people away. Healthy boundaries create clarity, honesty, and respect in our relationships and in the relationship we have with ourselves. Many people learn to place the needs of everyone else first and only notice their own needs when exhaustion arrives. Today we begin building self trust by learning to pause and listen inward before automatically giving away time and energy.

Listening To Exhaustion: Learning When You Need Rest
Many people continue moving through life long after their energy has started running low. Responsibilities, routines, and expectations can make it easy to ignore the body’s signals and keep pushing forward. In today’s session, we explore the difference between needing genuine rest and feeling pressure to keep going. Through teaching and guided practice, you will learn to recognise the quieter signs that ask for care and recovery before exhaustion becomes overwhelming. By listening more closely to your own needs, you begin strengthening an important part of self trust.

Speaking To Yourself With Compassion: Changing Your Inner Voice
The way we speak to ourselves can shape how we move through the world. Many people offer patience, understanding, and encouragement to others while responding to their own mistakes with criticism or pressure. In today’s session, we explore how self-trust becomes stronger when the inner voice becomes more supportive and honest. Through teaching and guided practice, you will begin noticing the difference between harsh self-judgment and guidance that helps you grow while still treating yourself with care.
Leçon 4
Looking Beyond The Surface: Releasing Comparison And Assumptions
It is easy to compare our inner struggles with the outward appearance of other people’s lives. We often see moments of confidence, success, or happiness without seeing the fears, pressures, and experiences hidden underneath. In today’s session, we explore how comparison and assumptions can distort the way we see both others and ourselves. Through teaching and guided meditation, you will practice developing greater compassion, understanding, and awareness of the shared human experiences that connect us all.

Trusting Your Own Pace: Releasing The Feeling Of Being Behind
Many people quietly carry the feeling that they should be further ahead in life by now. Comparison, social pressure, and constant exposure to other people’s achievements can create the sense that life is a race with invisible deadlines. In today’s session, we explore how self-trust becomes stronger when you stop measuring your path against somebody else’s timeline. Through teaching and guided reflection, you will practice reconnecting with your own direction, recognising your growth more clearly, and allowing life to unfold at a pace that feels true for you.
