Prologue : Before We Set Off
A background and overview of the Vedic, sonic, and movement techniques I will be introducing as we take our 3D (binaurally recorded) coastal walk through the sand in Southern India. Setting the scene for the how/when/what/why of what we are using to tackle an active mind and/or body that is preventing you from sleep.

Trying To Get To Sleep
With the soothing binaural waves of our coastal walk, I will take you through various steps to tackle an active mind and/or body that is preventing you from sleeping. We will focus on appreciating comfort, remembering gratitude, noticing sensations in the body, deep abdominal breathing, and widening awareness.

Soften Any Stickiness
In this lesson, we will zoom in on one of my favorite ancient Vedic techniques which heals unrest with relationships that are disturbing your wellbeing. I will guide you through a visualization that you can use daily to reverse negative cycles and heal any stickiness that keeps your mind alert at night.
