Set Your Intention
On Day 1, our journal prompts will focus on the general themes of Libra season (balance and harmony) and the intentions we'd like to set for Libra season.
Leçon 2
Mental, Emotional, & Physical Balance
On Day 2, we will get more specific about what balance looks like. With these prompts, we'll explore what balance looks like for us from a mental, emotional, and physical perspective.
Leçon 3
Your Personal Life
On Day 3, we will explore balance and harmony specifically within your personal life (your relationship with yourself, with loved ones, with friends, with any passions or hobbies). We'll look at what needs more attention and what may need less attention.
Leçon 4
Your Work Life
On Day 4, we will explore what balance and harmony looks like in your work life, examining not just the tasks related to your work, but also your work relationships with bosses, coworkers, partners, clients, and collaborators.
Leçon 5
Bring It All Together
On Day 5, we will bring it all together and explore how can create better balance between all the areas we've explored previously, and how to bring all of them into alignment with who we are. We will also take a moment to revisit our intention and assess whether we'd like to add to or revise it.

This was an amazing course, which definitely brought about the need for balance, and change kind of like the autumn season itself. Letting go of the ways that haven’t been working, and the things that keep us stagnant so that we can rest for winter and hopefully become a new and better version by the time spring season arrives.
