What Is And What Is Not Self-Love
In this lesson we learn what is and what is not self-love, and why we lack love for ourselves to begin with. We are touching on the most fundamental reasons why self-love is an issue for many and what actually self-love is, and most importantly, what it feels like in our body when we actually love ourselves. Because there is one thing to know, and another thing to feel it.

How To Love Yourself Properly
In this lesson, we learn how to love ourselves properly. There are many ways we can love ourselves or pretend that we do. Because honestly, sometimes we trick ourselves into believing that we fully love ourselves. Towards the end of the lesson, you get 3 simple and very powerful self-love exercises to practice from now on. Effective ways, that you can experience progress with, not just temporary dopamine boosts. See you on the inside!

A Multi-Dimensional Self-Love Journey
In this final lesson, you don’t have to do anything but just relax and receive this beautiful multidimensional self-love journey.
