Make a pledge to put aside scrolling on the screen 45 minutes before getting into bed, drink a glass of water before sleeping to aid in digestion, and learn many more tips for your nighttime ritual here in this session.

A great way to fall asleep is to practice what is called a body scan. This simply means taking your attention to different areas of the body, relaxing each area one by one. The result is a total body relaxation, making you fully ready for many hours of sleep. It is very simple - just follow along with my gentle guidance and feel the sleepy benefits of a good body scan.
