Leçon 1
Change Your Body Water And Charge It With Love
For this first lesson, we will prepare a magic potion. You will need a glass of water nearby. We will charge the water with loving, positive affirmations. By drinking it, the loving water will replace the one we old on, charged with sadness, feelings of lack or guilt. The purpose is to be ready to receive the messages from our missing one.
Leçon 2
Let Symbolism Be Their Voice
We will explore the signs and their symbolism. During this lesson, I will propose a workshop. Train your receptivity by observing your surroundings. Your loved one will try to communicate with you. They will use messages like birds or synchronicities. We will practice being aware of them to better understand the messages from another dimension.
Leçon 3
Revisit Your Photo Album
Have some pictures prepared, as we'll be viewing them from a different angle. During this session, you'll begin to see your loved one’s reality through their perspective. With water as a support, you'll imagine stepping into their shoes and re-experience the moment captured in the photo.
Leçon 4
Spend Some Time Together
In today’s lesson, we will gently explore a meaningful activity to connect with your departed loved one. Approach the workshop with an open, curious mind. Choose something you and your loved one enjoyed doing together. It could be signing, walking, or meeting in a cozy cafe. We'll gently use our passive memory to help bring back their warm presence.
Leçon 5
Change The Story. Try To extend Your Memories
This exercise encourages you to hold on, even if it feels difficult. We will travel back in time to witness the final moments of your loved one who has departed. This time, I invite you to see through their eyes, with compassion and without judgment. If this exercise feels too overwhelming, please don't force yourself. Return when you feel ready to view their perspective with kindness.
Leçon 6
Write Their Story
Now that you are in contact with your loved one, it’s the moment to gently step into their shoes and listen carefully to their perspective. With compassion and without judgment, I will guide you as you receive their first letter. You will write from your heart with their voice.
