A Poem For My Inner Child: Trust

This is a short poem addressed to my inner child. The adult in me gives her a few pieces of advice, one of which is to trust. I wish to share these few minutes of wisdom with all of us who struggle with self confidence.

This is a short poem I wrote to my inner child. I record and share it to all of us who needs to trust. Dear little one, Trust. Stop looking all around, In the books, In the others, Into the screens. Trust. Walk on fire, Walk in the air, Beat your own trail. Speak up, Assert yourself, Say what cannot be heard. Listen to your heart, Listen to your gut, Silence your head. Love yourself, Don't be afraid of your feelings, Look where you are already. I am here to hold your hand, Now it's your turn.
