This meditation-visualization technique is going to tie into your emotional body to release repressed energy. Use this technique when you're feeling stuck when you're feeling depressed when you're feeling in a state where you just feel like you're in a funk, where you're emotionally detached and you can't quite move forward, or you're feeling stagnant. It's a quick and easy emotional bondage-releasing technique that engages your subconscious mind.

This powerful technique is one of my favorites and you can use it to shift your mind and become more focused, clear, and centered in less than two minutes. This technique can be used with eyes open or closed. The key is to let yourself be very sensual as you do this technique.

It's called the "Yoga Stretch for the Eyes" technique. It has many beneficial uses and can quickly shift your brainwaves from Beta (stress) into Alpha (relaxed focused) brain waves.
