Very helpful and insightful, as always. For some reason the clarity and simplicity of what open and closed heart looks like made me laugh. I think it’s because it makes me realise how silly it is to have a closed heart and what a no brainer it is to have an open heart. Life really isn’t something to battle against so much. I think I battle too much ! Time to change. 😎
