In this practice, you'll use curiosity to bring you into the present moment. When we ask questions we open up possibilities, we don’t assume we have the answers and we don’t assume something is as it appears necessarily. In today's practice, I'll offer some journaling prompts that will bring you into the present moment, and offer a new and/or different perspective. You'll need an open heart, an open and curious mind and a journal. Best listened to with headphones.
