
Working With Intuition

Learning to begin working with our intuition often feels awkward. We burst with a lot of questions. What are we looking for? What are the signs? What connections? In this guide, we simply begin and work with learning to discover our intuition.

So today we're going to look into intuition,
Slowly allow ourselves to open and begin to find the spaces where our own heart and soul are guiding us,
Where we find our own inner guide working with us every day,
Allowing us to be our greatest mentor,
Allowing us to truly effectively direct our lives,
So finding a beautiful place to sit or to lay,
Just allowing yourself to get comfortable,
Allowing your body weight to be evenly distributed,
Feet firmly on the floor if sitting,
Spine firmly against the ground if laying,
Hips evenly placed in either position,
Taking a nice deep breath in and a long breath out,
Just allowing yourself to sink softly into your place,
Feeling and connecting into the breath,
Into the rise and fall of the chest,
There is no control just allowing,
Allowing yourself to feel the chest open and expand,
Feeling the heartbeat,
Feeling the breath into the body,
Taking a nice deep breath in and a long breath out,
Just relaxing into the breath,
Relaxing lighter,
Softer,
Deeply into your position,
Allowing yourself to connect to the body and breathe,
Breathing the length of the body from the feet all the way up to the head,
Down the arms to the fingers,
Allowing that beautiful smooth breath to flow through the body,
A nice deep breath in and a long breath out and sink deeper into your position,
Taking a nice deep breath in and as you breathe in from the toes to the top of the head down to the fingers tightening the body,
Squeezing into every muscle and a long breath out to release and allow each part of the body to soften and relax.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Allowing a long breath out,
The body softens,
The body relaxes and your focus now is just on breath,
The body has lightly folded away and you can feel and connect to breath.
As you're feeling breath you're allowing the body to lay calmly,
Watching breath flow through the body,
Feeling its connection,
Allowing it any space for the breath to clear through the body,
Removing any discomfort or pain,
Breathing away any thoughts,
Breathing it in and breathing it out and breath starts to fade and you can feel into the body now.
You're aware now of different feelings within the body and you take note of those feelings.
The calmness of the body,
The inner peace,
The softness,
The love,
Taking a nice deep breath in and a long breath out.
While you're laying and your body's nice and deeply relaxed you're allowing your body to bring through to you moments of truth,
Feelings,
Signs that allow you to know,
To respond to the body at its very best.
So as you're breathing in I want you to bring to mind how your day has been.
I want you to allow feelings to rise up so you can connect to the feelings of the day.
And as you're allowing these feelings to softly rise into the body you're noticing your reactions,
You're noticing if thoughts are coming through,
You're noticing if the body's tensing up,
And you're just becoming aware of how feelings sit within your body.
Nice and gentle with the breathing,
Soft smooth flow.
Breathing it in and breathing it out.
Now we're going to go on a short journey and you're going to use your intuition as a guide.
I want you to think of a goal,
Something that you are aspiring to,
Some place you want to get to,
And I want you to set it into the future,
Into some distance ahead of you.
Place an image of that goal.
And now in your mind we're going to start working,
Walking towards that goal.
And as you're walking you're wondering what it's going to take for you to get to that goal.
And you come to the first fork in the road,
Left or right,
And I want you to stop for a moment and breathe and ask yourself,
Do I take the left or the right road?
And I want you to notice the answer that comes as well as the feeling that comes with the answer.
Is it left or is it right?
Don't allow yourself to tense up,
Maintain a beautiful flow of breathing.
Take note of your decision and walk that way.
Breathing it in,
Breathing it out,
Continuing on.
Breathing it in,
Breathing it out.
Breathing it in,
Breathing it out.
You come into a space where you're needing to cross over a river.
How are you going to get there?
How are you getting to the other side?
What is your intuition telling you?
Every step is leading you to your goal.
How are you going to get there?
How are you going to cross this river?
Make your way across in the right way that you know how.
Feel and connect within the body and continue on.
Walking towards your goal and coming to a mountain.
How are you going to move past it?
What is the way for you to move past this mountain?
Are you going to go over it?
Are you going to try and go around it?
As you've made your decision,
Keep moving forward,
Recognizing what decision was given,
Where you experienced that within the body.
Breathing it in,
Breathing it out.
As you're moving forward,
You're allowing yourself to start to tune in to your intuition.
I want you to start to talk to your own inner guide and ask questions.
Do I keep moving forward?
Do I stop and rest a while?
Do I stay and learn some lessons?
Do I stay and learn some lessons?
Talking to this inner voice that's here to guide you on your journey.
And as you're discovering these answers,
Keep moving your way forward.
I want you to think for a moment.
Are you doubting the decisions you've made?
Are you doubting the choices that you've found your intuition?
Are you open to allowing the intuition to flow?
Are you open to allowing the intuition to flow?
Breath,
Discover,
Fill into that intuition And as you've been walking are you reaching your goal?
Can you see it ahead?
Where are you at?
Ask yourself these questions and allow yourself to find the answers within.
When you come back to the place that you are sitting or laying I'd like you to really take notice not just of the decisions your intuition told you but more so where you felt them within the body,
How you felt it,
What signs,
What was given to you for you to know the right answer.
Write these down so we can build on them and you can become more aware of your intuition guiding you and your life being guided by its very true leader you.
