Sit comfortably hands on your lap close your eyes and bring to mind a dear dear friend.
See them as they are now.
What are the qualities that you admire,
Welcome and embrace in your friend?
Bring them to life in your mind.
See your friend as if they are sitting in front of you.
See them there and send them your thoughts of gratitude.
See them and send them your thoughts of love.
Send them thoughts of compassion.
Send them thoughts of forgiveness.
Think of all the qualities that keep you connected to your friend.
What are these qualities that you admire?
Recognise them in yourself.
Give thanks.
What is it that you see in your friend that you also see in yourself?
What is it that you feel is reflected back to you?
The light bounces back and forth between you.
This is the connection.
This is the relationship.
Allow yourself to revel in the joy of friendship.
Focus on the feelings this brings to you.
Take a deep breath into your heart.
Visualising the light that radiates from this space,
Release the breath and let it shine outwards.
Take your attention to your face and bring a slight smile to the lips.
Focus on the space between your eyebrows and smooth out your brow.
Allow there to be a sheer smoothness.
Relax your inner gaze as you imagine and enjoy the effortless connection of friendship.
This evenness of mutual unconditional collaboration in the relationship.
Focus on your hands.
Feel the energy in the palms of your hands and the tingling in your fingers.
Know the service that they bring in enabling connection,
Collaboration,
Communication,
Holding.
Take a deep breath in and imagine the breath permeating your entire body with energy and vibrational collaboration.
Scan the body as the breath is released.
And repeat this for three more breaths in your own time.
And as you do this,
Give gratitude for all the connections,
Friendships and love in your life.
Give gratitude to yourself for making this time to nurture love.
Take one last breath in and out.
And awaken.
