We take this time to allow the space and the silence within to open.
And I encourage you,
I invite you to allow this to happen organically.
Just like nature,
To allow it to happen without effort,
But with ease and grace.
Allow your body to really start to connect in to the support beneath you,
To feel the full weight of your body.
And to start off with an intention of surrendering,
Of releasing and of letting go.
There is nowhere you have to be and there is nothing you have to do.
This time is a gift for you,
That you have and are giving to yourself.
All you need to do is receive this gift with open arms,
With an open mind.
And to allow the relaxation to unfold.
So when you are ready and in your own time,
Take a really deep inhale into the belly.
Hold it at the top,
Open up the eyes,
Close them down and release.
And as you release,
I want you to allow your head to fall down.
And I want you to imagine that you see this beautiful path in front of you with a little gate.
You are going to start to walk through that gate in a moment.
And you are not quite sure what is around the corner.
But you can hear the sounds of the distant ocean,
The waves of a beautiful beach perhaps.
And you are going to start to walk and you are going to walk as slowly as you possibly can.
And you are going to take your time with this walk.
You are going to realise that there is no rush.
But all you need to do is allow yourself to enjoy this incredible place.
This incredible place to allow yourself to connect.
So before you get to the gate,
I want you to imagine that you take off your shoes.
And as you take off your shoes,
You start to connect in with the sand beneath your feet.
And it feels so soft,
So comforting.
And your whole mind starts to enter into this stillness.
And you are becoming so aware of everything around you.
You see the gate.
And when I count to three,
You are going to just slowly start to walk forward.
So when you are ready,
Breathe in.
One,
Two and three.
Just starting to approach the gate and just gently,
Turning the handle,
Walking through,
Taking your time.
Step by step by step.
Really try to slow it down.
Start to notice those really small details on this path.
Start to notice the grains of the sand.
Some are fine,
Some are more coarse.
You start to notice the shrubs that grow on the sides.
You start to see just very,
Very much in the distance,
The beginnings of the shore.
And you have no idea what kind of beach you are approaching.
Is it big or is it small?
But you are not there yet.
You are here and you are now.
And every part of you is connected into this walk in silence.
Visualise this.
Your body and your mind connected all together.
In the same moment.
In the same place.
In the same place.
In the same place.

In the same place.
The future dissipates.
The past also.
You are connected to the earth and to the moment.
And you take a moment to glance upwards and you notice that vast blue sky.
And it's a beautiful day.
It's one of those crystal clear days.
And as you are walking you are starting to notice that you are getting closer to that corner where soon you will see the full landscape.
And you can feel the anticipation,
The excitement but still you remain walking slowly.
Taking your time.
Realising that it's not the destination but it is the experience of allowing yourself to arrive.
And these words will guide you there.
Take my hand.

We will enjoy our walk.
Without thinking of arriving anywhere.
Walk peacefully.
Walk happily.
Our walk is a peace walk.
Our walk is a happiness walk.
Then we learn that there is no peace walk.

The sky casting shadows on the shore that glimmer and glisten.
You breathe in the fresh sea air.
It fills your lungs with joy,
With life and with light.
And you know that you have arrived into where you belong.
The only moment you ever have,
This one,
The field of pure potentiality,
Is here.
It's now.
And you allow yourself to relax into this.
Just like the waves on the shore without any effort at all.
And the more often you listen to this,
The more you create that stillness,
That silence and that space where your true authentic self can emerge.
So allow the scene to fade.
