Let's create some energy for our day.
So first of all,
Put away any other distractions,
Anything that's going to interfere with you being able to relax and focus on just some time for yourself and then find a comfortable position where you can have a nice flow of air.
Your breath will flow freely,
So usually sitting up in a chair.
I always like to have feet planted firmly on the ground so that you feel connected to the earth.
Really however you can get yourself comfortable because it's up to you.
It's your body.
Okay,
So now I'm just going to take a nice big breath in through your nose and push it out your mouth.
So in and out.
One more.
One more.
Now just allow your eyes to close if they haven't already and allow your breathing to be all through your nose and at your normal relaxed rhythm.
So in through your nose and out through your nose.
In through your nose and out through your nose.
And like with any meditation,
Sometimes your thoughts are going to pop in and you're going to find that you want to follow them.
And if that happens,
Just think to yourself,
I'm thinking and acknowledge it and then come on back to your breath where you're going to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
And just put the attention right now to the back of your head.
So focus your eyes and your attention to the back of your head and just continue breathing in the same relaxed manner.
Think to yourself,
I am soft,
Relaxed,
Ready to create my energy.
Now take your hands and turn them towards each other as if you were going to clap,
But you're not.
And then raise them up just around chest height as if you were going to hold a soccer ball right in front of you.
You're holding an invisible ball right at chest height.
And now put your attention to the palms of both hands that are facing each other.
In between those palms,
Visualize a white light.
You can make it whatever shade of white you want,
Whatever intensity you want,
But it is your ball of white light and it is just pulsing with energy.
It's vibrant,
It's alive,
It's positive energy.
Now every time you take a breath in,
Allow your hands to expand open and see that white ball expand.
And every time you breathe out,
You contract that ball and move your hands in.
Breathe in,
Expand.
Breathe out,
Contract.
Breathe in,
Open.
Breathe out,
Close.
Don't let your hands touch.
You have a white ball of energy between them.
Just go at your normal,
Natural,
Comfortable rate of breathing.
Breathe in,
It expands.
You breathe out,
It contracts.
You breathe in,
It expands.
You breathe out,
It contracts.
You might start to feel some warmth in the palm of your hands or some tingling in your fingers and that's okay.
And if you don't,
That's okay too.
But just keep your attention focused on your hands and that ball of energy expanding and contracting.
Now with your next in breath,
You're going to take that ball close,
Hug it to your chest.
Bring that ball with both hands right to your chest.
Feel that white,
Vibrant,
Vibrating energy absorb right through the wall of your chest and into your heart center.
Allow your hands to rest on your chest.
Feel the warmth of them and feel the warmth of the energy as it spreads through your heart center and pulses with your heartbeat.
It expands,
It contracts with every beat of your heart,
Sending positive,
Vibrant energy through every cell of your body.
Connect to your heartbeat.
Feel that white light and all its positive energy spreading cell by cell.
It's spreading out from your heart.
It's spreading up through your chest and your throat and your face to the top of your head.
It's filling you.
It's spreading down and through your arms and your hands and fingers.
It's spreading down your chest,
Your torso,
Your hips,
Your buttocks,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Feel the warmth and the positive energy that you created spreading through every cell of your body.
Now,
See that white energy expanding beyond you.
It's coming out of your fingertips,
Out of your toes,
Out of the top of your head.
It's coming out from all surfaces of your body.
It's shining from you.
You are shining white,
Powerful,
Beautiful light.
You are a light for the world.
Now,
Just breathe.
I'm going to take a nice big breath again in and we're going to breathe in all of the positive,
Wonderful,
Clean energy and breathe out any remaining negativity or stress or tension.
Breathe in that loving,
Glowing light.
Breathe out any self-doubt or fear or anger or resentment.
Take this beautiful energy you created into your day,
Into your life,
Everywhere you go.
