Just let your eyes close.

Let yourself find a comfortable position.

Take a nice breath in through your nose and out.

It's time now to end your day.

It's time now to sleep.

Take another nice breath in through your nose and out.

Think to yourself,

My day is done.

Breathe in and out.

Feel yourself relax and rest and begin to feel fully at ease in your comfortable and safe place as you prepare to sleep.

Breathe in and out.

Let your body just rest and relax just a little more.

You are fully supported.

You are totally safe and secure.

It is time to sleep.

Breathe in and out.

Feel yourself start to drift away.

Let yourself relax even further into blissful sleep.

Let go of any cares or worries.

Just breathe and rest and sleep.
