Let's take a moment and just find a very comfortable spot,
Whether you decide to lie down or sit down.
Just make sure it's somewhere that you feel really safe and relaxed.
You can maybe get a pillow or a blanket.
Have the blanket around yourself to feel warm and cozy.
Allow your eyes to drift gently closed and take a nice big breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
And just start to let your body relax and rest.
Scan your body and see if there's anywhere that feels tight,
Tense or heavy.
And bring your breath to that place now,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Let your breath soothe away the tightness,
The tension,
The heaviness.
Now just check and see if there's anywhere else that might need some attention.
Let your shoulders drop and your jaw relax.
Let your tongue just rest in your mouth.
You're going through a hard time right now.
Breathe can be such a painful place to be.
And yet it is just another emotion.
And like all emotions,
It is only temporary.
It will not stay this painful forever.
Just breathe in and out.
The pain you're feeling might be in the loss,
That ache,
That empty place where you wish you could feel your loved one.
In this meditation,
You will have an opportunity to feel the love and light that is always there.
So just take a moment and put your attention to the top of your head and imagine there is a petal that opens and allows in a beautiful white light.
Let that white light begin to pour into you.
Let it fill behind your eyes,
In your forehead.
To fill your face.
Feel the white light and the warmth it brings.
This is pure,
Unconditional love.
Let it flow down your throat and begin to loosen where it's tight.
Maybe you have held on to all of those things that you can't say right now.
You've been afraid to speak.
And your chest that feels so tight and constricted.
Let the light expand it as you breathe in.
Feel your chest lift and loosen.
Feel as that light of love just makes its way all the way through your body,
Down your arms and hands and fingers.
Your stomach and back is filled with white light.
Your hips and pelvis are filled with white light.
Your thighs,
Your knees and calves,
Your ankles and feet and toes.
Every inch of you,
Every cell of you is filled with this beautiful white light of unconditional love.
Feel as it pulses like your heartbeat.
Now take your attention to your heart center and imagine the light begin to glow brighter and brighter and brighter.
And out of this light imagine your loved one appear.
See them there.
See how they looked at their happiest time.
And see yourself filled with this beautiful white light with them there at your happiest time together.
Let yourself be with your loved one filled with this white light of unconditional love and in this happy,
Beautiful moment together.
Heart in your heart center.
Feel it.
Breathe in and out.

Open your ears and your heart and listen to what you need to hear.

Spend time with your loved one in this beautiful place whenever you choose to.
They are of the love and light and they are here within you.
Now,
Imagine that light growing stronger and brighter again.
Imagine it glowing brilliantly,
So,
So bright.
And let your loved one be absorbed into that beautiful,
Unconditional loving light.
Breathe in and out.
Take your attention back to the love and light within you.
The love and light that is all through your body,
In every cell of your body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
You are love and light.
You are loved and safe.
Start to feel your feet.
Start to feel your hands.
Start to feel yourself back in this place and time.
And slowly,
Slowly when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and return back to your day,
Keeping that love and light with you.
