Let's take a nice breath in through your nose and out through your nose and again in through your nose and out through your nose and just start to settle in wherever you are.
This is your time now,
Time to relax,
Time to shut out the rest of the world,
Time for just you.
So close your eyes if you haven't already and know that you're safe,
Know you're secure.
Let yourself just be at ease.
If you're sitting,
Let yourself sit comfortably,
Just settle in and if you're lying down,
Let yourself lie down fully supported.
Let your body be heavy,
Let your legs rest.
See your torso just drop in and down,
Stop lifting yourself up,
Just rest.
Focus your attention for a minute on your eyes,
Just feel your eyes soften,
They're slightly,
Just let them see inside,
Not searching outside,
Just let them see what they see inside,
Any eyes fluttering,
Let them just soften,
Any eyes scrunched,
Let them just soften,
Any brows furrowed,
Let your brow just soften.
You might see some lights,
You might see some squiggles,
You might see only darkness,
Whatever you see is okay,
Just relax and soften.
Use your vision inside.
Use it to search inside of your head,
Not for thoughts,
Not for stories,
Just search in your head and see the shape.
Trace the shape of your head from the inside,
Start maybe at the tip of your nose and trace it all the way back,
All the way back following the curve of your head,
Back to the base of your neck,
Trace it back up and around to the tip of your nose again.
Maybe trace from side to side,
Trace from the tip of your nose to one ear,
Trace all the way around to the other,
All the way back to the tip of your nose.
Trace all the way up to the crown of your head,
Imagine there's an opening at the crown of your head,
Trace that opening.
Now look up through it,
Look up through that opening and imagine you see a beautiful light up through the opening in the crown of your head.
Focus your attention on that light,
See how bright it is,
How white it is,
Draw it down with your eyes,
Draw it down and in through the opening in your head,
Let it flow,
Let it flow in and start to fill you up.
See that space inside of you become as bright and white as that light.
The light in you is becoming brighter and whiter,
The light in your head is bright and white.
All that space that you traced is filled now with that beautiful white light,
That light that you are allowing in,
It comes from the divine,
From source,
It is unconditional love and healing,
Let it keep flowing in until it flows down your neck,
Your neck is filled with this beautiful light.
All of the things that you were holding there,
Things that you couldn't say,
Things you couldn't say to yourself,
Things that you couldn't say to others,
They're loosened,
They're freed with this beautiful white light.
Now let this light flow down even further,
Your chest,
Your heart center fills up with this beautiful white light of unconditional love and healing,
Feel it as this white light starts to circulate through your heart center,
Melting any frozen spaces,
Filling them up with love and healing.
You feel the connection to divine source,
You feel unconditional love,
You feel loved,
You feel loving.
As this light circulates through your heart center,
You remember all the times you felt this feeling of love and loving.
Connect to that emotion,
Let that feeling of unconditional love flow freely through you from your heart center.
It spreads through the rest of your body,
All through your arms and hands and fingers,
You're filled with light and love and healing,
All through your torso,
Your pelvis,
Your buttocks and legs,
Right down your thighs and calves,
Your feet and toes.
Every part of you is filled now with light from source,
Unconditional love and healing light.
You remember you're loved and loving.
You remember who you are.
You remember you are a magnificent embodiment of divine source,
Worthy of love and worthy of loving.
It's a wonderful feeling and you're going to continue to feel it even after this meditation is over.
Now that you remember,
You cannot unremember.
Take a nice breath in through your nose and out through your nose and another breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
Feel for this feeling and the knowledge of who you are.
Slowly begin to return to whatever surface you're on and whatever space you're in.
You are loved.
You are continues.
